You can never expect to stay safe in a world of vampires. Which is why our old ancestors decided to divide us into two kingdoms; the kingdom of humans, and the kingdom of vampires. Crossing paths would result in a permanent inevitable consequence.
You may be thinking "Then how do vampires feed now that the kingdoms are divided?"
Every month, a certain amount of people are chosen to be sent to the vampire kingdom under one simple condition; They come back alive.
People from both kingdoms followed the rules for at least 200 years yet recently, things have been taking a huge turn.
It started off with one human not returning to the complete disappearance of all the humans sent. This raised so many problems amongst our people and I-the princess-was held responsible for whatever threat being sent our way.
After so many meetings between the two kingdoms, we have finally come to an agreement to join forces.
Which is by marrying off the human princess to the vampire prince.
This, my friends, was the (Edited) prologue. I plan on editing the whole thing and completing it by the next month or so.
