(A/N yes I did make a next to normal reference in the title XD. I still need to watch that though)
Leafys POV:
Looking at the building up close after so long is terrifying. This is where all of the messed up things that happened to all of us happened.
Everyone is awake now, and we are about to enter. Well, at least we would be if we could figure out how to get the stupid door open!
After about a minute of all of us trying to open it up Firey said "should I try to burn down the door. I know if I do we probably won't be able to sneak in, but right now we don't really have many options."
I was about to say yes when the door opened on its own. That was actually.........really good timing. If anything, too good.
"Do you guys think it's a trap?" I ask
"Hmm........maybe. But what other choice do we have. It's too late to turn back now, and even if it wasn't, I'm pretty sure none of us would want to" Firey then replied
"WHAT IF IT IS A TRAP?! WHAT IF WE ALL DIE?!!!!!!!" Woody almost screamed
I was about to calm him down when td said "it's ok. I'm sure nothing bad will happen to any of us. Everything will be ok, understand? And even if things go wrong, I will always be here to protect you" and then she kissed him on the cheek, which calmed him down completely. They are adorable together.

We all walk through the large doors of the building that have given me nightmares for years, and all I can think is 'I hope everything will be ok. I hope this isn't a trap'
But I just can't shake the feeling of us being watched

V's POV:
(About 5 minutes before)
I wake up with a huge yawn. I am so sleepy right now. I didn't get much sleep last night, I was too worried about today, and me messing up.
I rub my eyes brush my tangled up hair and turn on the monitor.
When I look at the screen I see everyone is already here, and trying to get in. Oops, I overslept a bit.
I turn on the audio
"should I try to burn down the door. I know if I do we probably won't be able to sneak in, but right now we don't really have many options."
Oh god no! The door is fireproof, so it wouldn't budge at all, but it's got a sensor and if the door gets even the slightest bit damaged, or it senses that someone has attempted to destroy it, it sends an alarm not to here, but straight to Steves phone! I've gotta stop them!
Before anyone can even reply I press a button that opens up the door
"Do you guys think it's a trap?"
WHAT, NO! This isn't a trap. I'm trying to help you all out!
"Hmm........maybe. But what other choice do we have. It's too late to turn back now, and even if it wasn't, I'm pretty sure none of us would want to"
Exactly! I mean, it isn't a trap, but at least he has a good point.
"WHAT IF IT IS A TRAP?! WHAT IF WE ALL DIE?!!!!!!!"
Seriously?! I mean, I know that they should be careful, but didn't I say in one of the emails that I would look out for them.
"it's ok. I'm sure nothing bad will happen to any of us. Everything will be ok, understand? And even if things go wrong, I will always be here to protect you"
TD then kissed him on the cheek. Aww, they are almost as adorable as Suitcase and Balloon. Almost. Not quite though.
They then all walk in.

Le time skip:
I just spent my entire morning trying to guide them to the room with the cure for them being objects. My entire morning. It took them several hours to get there, when it would have just taken them 5 minutes if they had trusted the lights shining above the correct doors and corridors rather than thinking it was still a trap and going in the opposite direction. I can't believe this. Talk about hard to work with. Maybe I'm being a tiny bit harsh on them, but like I said, I only got a couple hours of sleep last night.
Now I'm just waiting for them to get in.
OH SHOOT THEY DONT HAVE THE KEY AND I CANT OPEN UP THE DOOR FROM HERE!

Leafys POV:
After HOURS of walking we finally make it to a room with the number 18 written on it, but the font seems different. We don't know if this room is the right one, but it's our best chance.
But something looks familiar about the way the font does the number, I just can't put my finger on it.
Right now we are trying to figure out how to get the door open. It's probably really obvious, but we can't figure it out.
As I try to think about it I subconsciously fiddle with the broach that is still on my chest from the other day.
WAIT, THE BROACH! THE KEY IS STILL IN MY BAG!!!!! I knew I recognised the font.
I go through my bag until I find the key. I take a good look at it. In my dream it looked slightly different. And it was made out of metal. But now it's a wooden version, with a few leafs sticking out here and there. The one in my dream must be the real one, and I must of subconsciously made this one in my sleep.
I put the key in the hole and turn it. It clicks and the door opens
"Where did you get that key?" Gb asked
"I made it" I replied.
We walk into a room that has many test tubes full of unknown liquids. There is a desk in one corner with lots of paperwork, and a cabinet in another.
I walk over to the desk and read the top piece of paper
'Experiment subject 31: the leaf girl.
Seems depressed, however it isn't clear if that is because of any side affects of using chemical #279 on her, if it's to do with her situation, or if it's linked towards the drama between her and the fire boy.
In addition her powers seem extremely powerful, but this is being measured through test we have done on her, not through getting her to test out these abilities. We mustn't let them know of these abilities as they were an unfortunate side affect which, if they learn how to control completely, could allow them to escape, and get word out to the police. I shall make a cure just in case they do discover these abilities and things get too out of hand.
