Me:yeah, well I have important news
Taco: important news? What important news
Me: it's finally back
Oj: what's finally back?
Me: bfdi. It's finally back *tear of happiness forms in my eye*
Baseball: wait it's actually back?! I thought it was never coming back
Nickel: of corse it was coming back. Didn't you know?
Baseball: NO! Why didn't you tell us
Nickel: I thought you knew. How didn't you know
Baseball: I gave up refreshing jacknjellify's account when everyone else did; when we realised the next episode wasn't coming any time soon. I'm not an anti-sociable person with no life who just spends all of their time refreshing the same inactive YouTube account for years waiting for some new content..........unlike Abbie
Me: ok, I agree with you when you say that I'm anti-social, have no life, and continue refreshing the same YouTube account for ages, but that's not what's happened here. Plus I only refresh the same YouTube account when I know for a fact there will be some new content on it that day..........which is when I spend all day refreshing until most likely late at night when I either give up and wait until morning or whatever it is has been uploaded, so I watch that(on permanent repeat for the rest of/most of the night). Buy this is not what happened here. Basically, today I went out for the day with my mum, which was fun(and I got some pics of me holding some birds of prey, if you wanna see those, tell me and I'll update a weirdos randomness) and on the way back I was talking about the new ep of bfdi being today, which then got me into not only the topic of the fact that yolecake won the fantasy food battle thing for the wikia(yay), but also this fanfic(apparently I was talking non stop for around 40 minutes, so I still need to apologise to my mum about that, because apparently she had a headache. Oops), so I was thinking about that, then I went to go on Twitter to say about me accidentally talking for so long and also me holding the owls and falcon, when I saw a tweet from jacknjellify saying something like 'it's here' with a link to the episode on YouTube, so after a few minutes of fangirling followed by an annoyingly long dog walk(I normally love walking her, because it gives me time to think(mostly about how future chapters of this will go), so if I say that I didn't enjoy it, you know it's a big deal) I finally got home
Leafy: but did you watch the episode?
Me:*in a mocking tone* did I watch the episode? *normal voice* of corse I did, do you honestly expect me not to watch it?
Leafy: good point
Suitcase: why not share the video on here so that anyone who hasn't yet seen it can, and be just as happy as you

Me: yeah

Mic: so the new episodes of battle for dream island are going to be called 'island dream for battle'?
Me: yup. Don't you think it's a brilliant name
Mic:..........I gave up questioning you ages ago
Me: yay. Your not alone there
Mic: I'm not surprised.
Pickle: wait, what does the new episode do to this fanfic. Do you think the new bfdi episodes work with the story
Me: no. How on earth do you think this story would be able to work with idfb?
Pickle: I don't know
Fan: but wait. What does this mean for the story? Are you going to change it? Or worse; CANCEL IT?!
Me:WHAT NO! Do you honestly think that I would give up or change something that I've been making for a year or 2, or change future plans that I've had for months, just because of a minor inconvenience like this. There is no way anything like that will ever happen. This story means too much to me to even think of doing anything like that. There is no way I would ever change future plots that I've been planning for ages, unless I think of a better 1 that works even better than the original, and the only way this fanfic would ever get cancelled would be if something REALLY BAD happened to me irl
Fan: ok good, I'm glad we have that settled
Firey: but what do you plan on doing then? Pretend that idfb takes place in a different universe and ignore it entirely
Me: whereas that is a good plan, I've got an even better solution.
Eraser: which is?
Me: I check my Twitter daily, so I knew ages ago that the next episode of bfdi was coming soon, even though I didn't know when, so I had to be prepared, and when I found out the release date, I knew that not only would there be no possible way for me to finish this fanfic before it was released, but it would also be extremely unlikely that ICCI, as it currently is, would be able to fit in with bfdi, so I came up with a plan to make ICCI fit in with bfdi no matter what the new episode would bring
Snowball: just tell us already
Me: I already know what's gonna happen at the very end of the fanfic, and I've made it so that it can suit any and all future episodes of bfdi and II, so we are fine when it comes to that.
Fan: how on earth did you plan for any and all outcomes and find a way to make any path this story takes and future episodes take fit? And I swear if you say the dream theory, I will flip, because it's so frustrating the fact that it can work for anything
Me: no, the dream theory isn't happening
Fan: good
Taco: then what is it?
Me: that would be telling
Taco: I know, that's why I asked
Me: do you honestly expect me to just reveal how the story ends. If I do, it will ruin the experience for all of the readers. Plus it may end up with future plans accidentally being revealed. Everyone will find out what I'm planning for the ending when it happens, but that won't be for a while, so people will have to stay patient.
Soap: ok, now that we've got that sorted, let's move on to a different subject. What's happening with the next chapter?
Me: I'm still writing it, but it's nowhere near done yet
Knife: seriously?! It should be done by now
Me: I've been busy -_-
Trophy: doing what? Procrastinating like you normally do?
Me: actually, I've been procrastinating a bit, but I genuinely have been busy as well, and I'm gonna be busy over the next.......I don't know how long.
Suitcase: really? What's been happening? And why will you be busy for a while as well?
Me: it's the end of my summer holidays, I've been busy sorting out my stuff for school. But, that's not all. Here is a list of things that's happening over the next few days:
