Imagine...Gabriel gets jealous over the fact that you and Castiel spend a lot of time together and have what seems to be a relationship, but he doesn't know you're just friends.

*Your POV*

"Cas! It'd be great if you came down and visited me!" You half yell while pouting in your bed.

"(Y/N) I just left ten minutes ago," Castiel says next to you.

"I know, but I was bored and I missed you," You laugh.

"Why don't you ask your boyfriend to hang out- oh wait. Sorry, you're too chicken to even talk to him," Cas teases you.

"Sshhh! Shut up! Gabriel can't know. He just wants us to be friends," You laugh even though it kind of stings.

"Has he ever told you that?"

"No, but-" Cas covers your mouth with his hand.

"Exactly! No buts about it. You should talk to him."

"But what about butts? Gabe's butt is nice." You see Cas wrinkle his nose, "Sorry. I'm just covering up fear with humor. What if I say something and he doesn't feel the same way?"

"Then you would know and not have to play this guessing game all the time. What if you say something and he does feel the same way. Ever think about that?"

"But it's so hard to tell someone you like them. I live in constant fear of rejection. I can't just walk up to Gabe and say 'I like you. I have for a long time' because I don't know what his response would be and that terrifies me."

"I know (Y/N). I know, but what if he feels the same way and you guys could be together right now?"

"Ugh!" You throw yourself backwards onto your pillow in frustration.

"Come on (Y/N). If things don't work out we'll go drown our sorrows in ice cream." Cash smiles.

"I can't believe I'm about to do this." You shake your head.

"Go get him Tiger." Cas yells as you walk out the room.

*Gabe's POV*

"Cas! It'd be great if you came down and visited me!" I hear from inside (Y/N)'s room. Of course she's calling for Castiel. They're always together. Castiel knows I like her, so shouldn't he be a good brother and root for me instead of stealing the girl? No, Castiel takes her away from me! I can't help my jealousy. It's just (Y/N) is so incredible even if she doesn't think so. She's absolutely gorgeous and super smart. Definitely smarter than me. But my favorite thing about her is her laugh. How she laughs, when she laughs, why she laughs it doesn't matter, but every time she does it's like I'm hearing it for the first time. It's music to my ears and I might even give up candy to listen to it. But because of Castiel I rarely get to hear it. I guess I can't blame him though. She really is worth stealing.

"-like ten minutes ago." I hear Castiel's muffled voice and I decide to sit and listen for a minute.

"I know. I was bored and I missed you." Why doesn't (Y/N) ever think of me? I always try to make sure that she's never bored, but she seems to forget that.

"Why don't you ask... hang out, oh wait... chicken..." What?

"Sshhhh! Gabe can't know... just friends." Is she telling Castiel that I can't know they're together? We're just friends? That's all I am to her? Is that all I'll ever be?
