Two Paths (Sequel to Why Me)

Flashbacks are awesome...THE DREADED SLEEPOVER!

"Let's watch a romance!" Sakura shouted.

"Comedy!" Naruto suggested.

"Hn," Sasuke.......said.

"Horror," I said.

"What no way! I'm not watching a horror movie!" Sakura said.

"Too bad, my house my rules."

I looked through my horror movies trying to find one that would scar them for life. Hehe I'm so evil. Finally one caught my eye; this one for sure will make them not fall asleep tonight. Taking the disk from the box I put it in the DVD player while everyone got situated. The three of them were sitting on the couch facing the TV.

"So before we start the movie anyone who needs to go to the bathroom go now and I'm going to make popcorn and get candy. You can't watch a movie without popcorn and candy."

Of course Naruto went to the bathroom.

"That kid has a bladder of a squirrel." I thought.

I went to the kitchen getting everything for the movie and making the popcorn. Once everything was done I placed drinks, popcorn, and candy on the table in front of everyone. Getting the remote I went to my couch and plopped down on it getting a drink and my own bowl of popcorn. Pulling a cover over myself putting my cup in between the cushions putting the bowl on my chest I looked over at the others.

"Don't you look comfy," Sakura mumbled.

"Yeah I am." I said turning off the light.

I took off my headband and moved my hair out of my eyes revealing my eye. Since it was dark they wouldn't see my eye anyway so what's the point.

"So is everyone ready?" I asked.

"Yeah," They replied.

I pushed play and the title screen came up. 'Nightmare on Elm Street'

During the movie I tried so hard not to laugh! Everybody was getting freaked out and screaming. Well mostly Sakura and Naruto were screaming but I bet Sasuke was screaming on the inside. It was PRICELESS! Having them watch this movie when its dark out, when we're going to go to bed soon, at this moment, WAS THE BEST IDEA I'VE EVER HAD! When the gory parts came up Sakura looked away, Naruto covered his eyes but had one uncovered, and Sasuke had a disturbed look on his face. This movie will prevent them for sleeping for a while. Muhahahahaha I'm such a good teammate to them.  

It was almost the end of the movie and I finished my popcorn, drinks, and candy. L I looked over at the others seeing them scared out of their wits on the couch. I smirk came to my face as the movie finally ended. I looked at them again and turned off the TV making the room completely dark.

"Welp that was fun GOODNIGHT! SWEET NIGHTMARES!" I shouted turning over away from them.

"But but.....but I can't sleep," Naruto whimpered.

"M-me n-neither," Sakura stuttered.

"Well I'm tired so just go to bed," I said.

"Sakura get off of me," Sasuke said annoyed.

"But Sasuke-kun I'm scared."

"It was only a movie," I mumbled.

"Y-yeah S-Sakura-chan, th-there's n-noth-ing t-t-to be sc-scared of," Naruto said.

I heard someone getting up going over to where the sleeping stuff was. By the heavy footsteps I could tell that it was Sasuke. He was getting the stuff and throwing them towards Naruto and Sakura.

"Now sleep," He ordered.

I looked over my shoulder seeing Sakura on the couch, Naruto laying on the floor along with Sasuke. I could see Naruto and Sakura's shaking figures under their blankets.

"Hahahaha perfect," I evilly thought.

It's been hours............they haven't fallen asleep yet.....not even Sasuke........

"Are y-you guys st-still awake?" Sakura asked.

"Yeah," Naruto and Sasuke replied.

"Is M-Mariah sleeping?"

I've been steadying my heart and breathing patterns for 40 minutes so of course it would appear that I'm sleeping.

"Yeah, her breathing is slow." Sasuke replied.

"How can she sleep? That movie freaked me out." Naruto whispered. Shocking I know.

"I don't know; I'm too scared to sleep."

I discreetly made a clone without them even noticing. I had her put on a Freddy Krueger glove then she started to sing quietly.

One, two, Freddy's coming for you.

Three, four, better lock your door.

Five, six, grab your crucifix.

Seven, eight, gonna stay up late.

Nine, ten, never sleep again.

They all were getting freaked out and huddled together. From behind, my clone came up scratching the blades together making a loud scratching noise. Then she moved a blade across each of their cheeks making a cut. They all screamed bloody murder turning around only seeing a shadowy figure with the three very sharp claws. They looked as if they were gunna piss themselves! I couldn't take it anymore. I started busting out laughing along with my clone falling off the couch clutching my stomach.

"THAT..... WAS......PRICELESS!!" I laughed.

Once they realized the cruel cruel prank that I pulled they all sent me a very hateful glare.

"MARIAH!!" They shouted in anger.

"YOU SHOULD'VE SEEN YOUR FACES!!!"

*END*

Remembering all the times that we've spent together as a team..........making me realize how much they actually meant to me......they've changed me for the better.....I only wish that we could got back to those times......but I know that it's impossible to revert back to those careless times.

So how did you like this filler chapter? I wanted to make the story longer so I decided to make a flashback chapter XD
