Opal...

Kai's P.O.V

The alert went off and everyone ran to the tragic scene..

An apartment building was set on fire...

We all ran in trying to save as many as we can...

Dogs barked from neighboring homes and sirens filled the air...

I ran down condors shouting for anyone that might be left...

"Nonna!"

I stopped dead in my tracks trying to find the little girl who said that

"Say *chough* that again Opal" an quiet elderly voice says. 

"Nonna!!" The girl says louder. I brake the door to find a baby that can be no older than 9 months in a high chair as the grandmother laying on the floor....

"Take her..(cough) please..." the woman says

"You both can get out! I promise!"

"I'm 86 and her parents left her for me to care for. I can't do that for much longer... take her so I know she is safe..."

"Kai come on! The building is going to collapse soon!" Cole yells from below.

I grab the baby and jump out the window just as the floor the grandmother was on collapse in on it's self. I create my dragon in the air as Nya's drenches the building in water.

The scene is silent only to be find with the crying of a 9 month old girl...

I land my dragon and run to Lloyd with the baby in my arms. I grab lloyd's him as citizens question the ginger hair baby in my hand.

"Kai what i- why do you have a baby?" Lloyd questioned

"I saved her"

"where are the parents?"

"The grandmother is dead" I whisper

"Nonna?" the bright blue eyed baby asked

"Who is Nonna?"

"The Grandma"

Lloyd sighs and grabs the baby out from my hands.

"Well, Kai you better be ready to be a father if you saved... What's your name?" Lloyd asked the girl

"Opal!"

"Opal. Nice to meet you!" I say laughing

"Opal!"

"LLOYD, KAI LET'S GO!" Nya yells from her dragon

I grab Opal back from Lloyd and make my dragon and fly back to the bounty.

*** Back to the bounty ***

I was the first one back so I went strait to Sensei Wu's room. before knocking I put my finger up to my lips to signal to Opal to be quiet

"Um.... Sensei? How would you feel about being a grandfather?" I ask Wu.

"Who did you get pregnant this time-"

"I saved a baby! didn't create one and Opal has no one else Sensei" I say

"Ok she may stay I get extra hugs and Sensei points." Sensei Wu says

"Sensei points?"

"Kai you have a kid now!?" Nya asked walking into the room

"Um ya...."

"OMG I'M AN AUNT!! WHATS HER NAME!!"

"Opal!" said my daughter

"Aww!" Nya squeals "I can go shopping with her! And she can get her ears pierced and we can talk about boyfriends-"

"NO! No boyfriends for my Opal" Lloyd says talking Opal from me "Right Kai?"

"Yup, No boyfriends Opal." I say as Opal giggles
