Out the back door, Kinda

I fell asleep a little after Y/N did. It was around 1:00 am when she finally crashed.
I woke up to a quiet room. I looked over to my side, Y/N wasn't there. I got up and looked in the bathroom, she wasn't there either.
I went back to the main room, I knew she wasn't there, but I still called her name. Of course there was no response.
I hit the counter with my fist. It hurt, but it didn't hurt as much as the pain in my chest did. I thought she really loved me, she said she wouldn't leave me, yet there I was, cold and alone.
Wait, cold? I looked and noticed the window was open. I ran to it, and looked down, I guess hoping somehow I'd see her, I don't know, climbing down the side of the wall.
I felt like something died inside. I loved her, and she left in the night. Without a goodbye, no note that I can see, no explanation. She was just gone.
She could be anywhere by now, no finding her. I don't even know that much about her, logically thinking now I had only known her for a few days, yet it felt like it was an eternity ago that I was watching her struggle in the crowd from on stage. It felt like I had known her for years. Yet here I am hanging out a window, looking out on the city streets, cool with the morning air.
There I was hoping to spot a girl who left me in the night.
Goddamn, but I love her anyway.
