Hey everyone I don't know who reads this book or not but I'm truly sorry for not updating in a while. I was working on a chapter and then midterms hit and I have papers due and projects due and more test and its been very busy lately cause I've been working for different sport organizations and I just have had time to sit down and write lately. I'm also going through a lot emotionally right now and I cry literally everyday because of what I'm going through. I promise once I get through this I will try to update every week or day just to make up for it..
Once again I'm very sorry for not updating in a while, just haven't had time and being going through a rough spot.
