IMAGINE: Tony when he sees you, the woman he was in love with, taking Captain America's side.
You were stood next to Steve, figure tall and firm as Tony lands, the metal suit covering his face. The rest of his team stand next to him, yards away and ready to attack. Tony's mask comes off and his eyes are glued to you as yours connect with his. A look of hurt and betrayal makes its way onto his face and you turn away, the guilt suffocating you. The next words that leave his mouth send a chill down your spine.
