I sat at the tree with Lucas and looked into the grey sky "Of course it's gross out today."
"Hey" Christi said, walking up and smiling.
"Hey, you're Christian right?" Lucas asked politely.
Christi smiled "yes, you're Lucas right? The angel?"
"Yes" Lucas said then walked over to Bunni who was walking up.
"Does he not like me?" Christi asked.
I sighed "He takes some warming up to. But I can assure you that he'll like you more than Drew."
"What about me?" A voice asked.
I turned to see Drew smoking and walking up to us.
"You know that those are bad for your health right?" I told him.
He smirked "Aw, you're worried about me."
I rolled my eyes "You know what? Never mind, they'll still not kill you fast enough."
"You're Drew?" Christi asked with a soft smile.
"He's one of us?" Drew asked, looking at me.
I frowned "Why don't you ask him ass hat." I growled.
Drew rolled his eyes and dropped the tiny part of the cigarette and crushed it with his shoe before turning to Christi.
"I'm Drew, and you are?" He asked in an impatient tone.
"Christi" the blue eyed boy answered quickly.
"So what exactly do you have to offer?" Drew demanded.
"Well you need me to do the ritual" Christi said softly.
Drew scoffed and walked away.
Christi frowned "So is he always like that?"
I shrugged "His assholeness hasn't warn off yet so possibly. Do you have Nicco on you today?"
Christi shook his head "I decided it'd be best to hide her since she's sensitive to lightness and your friend's an angel."
I nodded "Good thinking."
