You've served in wars past,
And you're often not noticed.
You've done so much for our country,
And you need to know it.
You deserve more than our thanks,
Especially when your life was in danger.
You have gave us all hope,
But you're often not noticed.
You have been through tough times,
But you're often not noticed.
We need to show you respect,
But still you're often not noticed.
You were in a uniform for us,
But you're often not noticed.
You gave our country your all,
But still you're often not noticed.
I want to tell you thanks,
So know you are noticed.
You are my hero,
So know you are noticed.
I am proud of your service,
So know you are noticed.
You were and still are brave,
So know you are noticed.
I hope you understand that you are noticed.
You are a Veteran,
And you are noticed.
