“Oh! And she wants you to meet my niece!” Minho didn’t see, but Taemin’s heart dropped.

“Ani, Minho-ah. I have something to do.” And Minho let that one go too.

But it was later that day, when Minho realized something was very wrong.

When he was back from his trip with his noona and niece, he got confused when he saw hundreds of photos on the floor.

He recognized Taemin in the photos, as well as the baby girl Taemin never dared to talk about.

The baby girl was gorgeous, to say the least. But Minho doesn’t know anything of her. Maybe she’s Taemin’s family.

Small whimpers came from their room and Minho got worried. Was Taemin crying?

As he walked closer, the cried became stronger. He slowly opened the door, only to reveal how messed up his boyfriend was.

He was on the floor, where more photos laid, as loud sobs escaped from his throat. Taemin’s body shook violently, and Minho ran towards him. He couldn’t see him like that anymore.

“Min what’s wrong? Why are you crying like this?” Minho asked once he was holding the frail boy and he swore Taemin looked scared, trying to hide those photos.

But he couldn’t explain, he couldn’t talk. His throat hurts too much, his heart hurts too much. And it scared Minho, because with every cry, it felt as if someone was stabbing him right in his chest.

Minho needed to know, he needs to help Taemin somehow. “What’s wrong babe, please tell me. This can’t continue like this, it hurts.”

“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry.”

It was Sunday, they already sang along the radio and went to the park together and ate ice-cream and watched a movie, Jaeleen fell asleep in the middle of it, but it didn’t matter. It was Sunday, their last day together until next week.

But it literally was their last day together.

Taemin and four year old Jaeleen went shopping together; he brought her new toys and Barbie’s, new shoes, new cute pink sunglasses, and new clothes. Jaeleen was going back home today, which meant she must look beautiful. Taemin’s parents always loved to see their baby girl so pretty like that.

She was ready, Taemin already braided her wavy hair, he already clothed her in a white polka dot dress, and she had the prettiest sandals on. She looked adorable.

Once in their way back to their parents’ home, Jaeleen’s favorite teddy bear fell to the car’s floor. “Minnie, my teddy fell.” She whined. Taemin looked by the rearview mirror and saw her pouty face. “It’s okay; we will get it when we reach home, arasso?”

But the little flower wanted her teddy so badly, she unbuckled herself and started searching for her teddy bear.

When Taemin looked by the mirror again, he didn’t saw his sister in her car-seat, and he worried. “Baby, what are you doing?”

“I’m getting my teddy.”

“We can do that later, get in your seat.”

“I can’t find it.”

“Jaeleen get in your seat, its dange-” A loud crash was heard and everything was black.

When Taemin woke up, he had a big head ache. He isn’t sure why he was sleeping in the steering wheel. But when he looked at his surroundings, he panicked.

Everything was broken, the car windows were cracked, another car was destroyed next to his, there was blood coming out of his forehead. What is this?

He looked back, “Jaeleen?

Jaeleen wasn’t there. It hurts, but Taemin checked behind his seat and she wasn’t there. It hurt, but Taemin got out of the car and searched for her. It hurt, but Taemin walked around, looking for his Jaeleen.

Until he saw a baby girl, dressed in a white polka dot dress now covered in red, on the floor unmoving.

“Jaeleen!” He limped towards her. He hugged her and shook her. He talked to her, he asked her to open her little pretty eyes.

But she didn’t obey.

His princess, his little flower, his baby sister, his Jaeleen wasn’t breathing.

“I killed my sister.” Taemin sobbed. Minho couldn’t believe his ears. That baby girl was his boyfriend’s sister, and he didn’t get over her death.

“You didn’t Tae.”

“I did. I killed my own sister, what does that make me? I’m a horrible son, my parents must hate me. They should, I’m a monster. I don’t deserve to live.” The boy kept babbling nonsense. Minho didn’t listen.

“Yah, what would Jaeleen say if she heard you saying that?” Minho asked. Taemin’s breathe got stuck in his throat.

“I- I…”

“She wouldn’t like it, right?”

“…”

“She wouldn’t. She also wouldn’t like to see her big brother sad like this. Her big bro was happy and always smiled and laughed, and I know for sure she wants to hear that laugh of yours so she can laugh up there as well. So let’s be happy for her, arasso?”

Maknae's Note: There's probably a second part ^^; Guys, when a dear one isn't with you anymore, don't stay sad. They are waiting for your smile so they can be happy in heaven. Please, don't make them suffer up there! I learned this nine months ago. xoxo
