Lee Taemin was a common college student. He had good grades and was kind of popular, but not too much. He was completely and utterly happy. The reason of his happiness was this bubbly baby girl.
Lee Jaeleen, a two year old princess who was his reason of smiling. This baby girl was his baby sister.
Since she was born, the little girl smiled only at him. Since their very first meeting, such a strong bond was created.
Taemin's parents had him when they were in high school, that's why they didn't have more kids. They didn't want to trouble themselves and their baby boy.
But when the time passed and Taemin was 17, the time of loneliness was over, because he saw baby Jaeleen for the first time. He really didn't want to let her go, she was his doll.
And the age gap made it possible for him to not let her go.
Soon, the baby girl learned to talk. The little flower's second word was "Saranghae." The first one being "Minnie."
A little later, she turned three. And Taemin got a scholarship to a University in Seoul, and how could he saw no? In his current college he was struggling, a change won't hurt.
But it did hurt, to Jaeleen. Her Minnie had to leave her, but she made something clear.
"I will go with Minnie!"
And to not break her bubble, Taemin talked with his parents about it and they agreed. He was an adult now; he could take care of her. Taemin would pick up baby Jaeleen every weekend and they will be happy together.
On Fridays, they would sing along the radio for the car ride.
On Saturdays, they would go to the park and eat ice-cream and watch movies at Taemin's apartment.
On Sundays, they would go to the toy store and buy her a new doll for her to bring at school. Taemin would buy her new clothes and shoes and pink bows, and she would arrive at mommy and daddy's home all dolled up.
Taemin loved his life, it was perfect. The perfect mother, the perfect father, and the perfect baby sister. Jaeleen made it even better.
He was happy.
Until one day.
Choi Minho believed he was very lucky. He was going to graduate next year from college and with good grades.
He also has his boyfriend with him, Lee Taemin. He loves him and Taemin loves him back.
But something really bothered Minho.
Since he first saw the boy, he wasn’t one of huge smiles. He doesn’t smile with everyone, he’s very serious but he’s kind. He’s also very quiet.
That’s why Minho loves him so much; he only shows that gorgeous smile to him.
But it’s not normal to just shut down every February. Minho noticed this three years ago when they started dating. He also noticed that every time someone talked about family, he would avoid the topic.
But Minho let it go; maybe he doesn’t get along with them.
But it still worries him when his small boyfriend stops eating and stop going to class. Saying he doesn’t feel well.
But Minho let it go, if Taemin is bothered by something, he will say it when he’s ready.
But one day, Minho’s sister came to visit her family.
“Taemin-ah! My sister is in Seoul and she wants to see us!” Minho yelled from his room. Taemin and his noona get along very well. Oh, and Taemin still needs to meet baby Seoyoon, his niece.
