Laurance's POV (at night):
I walked up to Aph's room because I needed to tell her something that is very important (and maybe confess my undying love for her....again). Knocking could be heard throughout her house then I patiently waited for her to open the door. 5 minutes passed and I couldn't hear her in the room so I slowly opened the door.
My eyes traveled around the room but there was no sight of her. "Aph?" I called out worriedly. Where could she be? I thought to myself but then looked over at the window...It's open I realized then I finally figured it out. Has she been kidnapped?! I sprinted down the stairs and called out to Zoey, "ZOEY COME QUICK!"
Zoey bursts through a door and ran over to me, "What happened Laurance?!" She asked. "It's Aph, I think she's been kidnapped! I couldn't find her anywhere!" I yelled I thought of all the things My Love could be going through. "Are you sure Laurance? She could just be finishing something up in the village" Zoey calmly replied. Does she not care?! "YES I'M SURE! She told me she was going to go to bed and I watched her enter the house and into her room!" I yelled again.
Zoey looked like she was thinking hard then she looked up at me, "Let's just wait until the morning, if we can't find her then we'll search for her" the Elf responded. I sighed and nodded even though I wanted to find her already...
Aphmau's POV (back at afternoon):
Me and Shelby walked around while being a good distance away from the boarder of the village so no one would see us. The others are still at the clearing because we didn't need 6 people walking around the village just to get noticed.
Shelby wore a white hood over her head so her identity would be a secret in case someone came over to us. "What if you go over to the Irene statue? I mean you always love going there anyway so it would be a pretty good place" Shelby suggested. I nodded then climbed up to where the statue stood. The red haired girl saluted to me then walked off, probably back to the clearing.
The sound of talking and footsteps were getting really close to me so I quickly sat down in front of the statue and acted casual. The noise suddenly stopped once it was right behind me and I felt arms wrap around my waist. I turned around to see Laurance hugging me and it seemed like he didn't want to let go. "LORD APHMAU WHERE WERE YOU?! WE COULDN'T FIND YOU ANYWHERE!" He yelled at me with great worry in his voice.
A nervous laugh escaped my mouth, "uh...places." I think they're all suspicious of me but they didn't seem to care since they found me. They're really overreacting though, I was only gone for not even a full day. Oh, and by they I mean Laurance, Garroth, and Zoey. Zoey seemed to be calm unlike the other two, it's almost as if she knew exactly what I've been doing for the past year or so (which is a possibility).
After a while I finally managed to get Laurance off of me and went back to doing lord business. I was just walking around when I heard someone whisper my name, "Psst Jesssssss" someone said. My head kept turning to look around but I couldn't see anyone. "Up here!" I heard someone say again. My head lifted up and I saw a very derpy looking squirrel in a tree. "Ross! Why are you in your squirrel form?!" I whispered yelled at him.
You see, me and the others all of multiple forms. They can vary from a demon, Angel, fairy, to pretty much anything. We are also hybrids which grants us extra forms. We all at least have a hybrid form and a animal form. The animal form is basically the animal we are hybrids of.
It looked like Ross was about to say something but he retreated back into the forest before any audio came out. A confused expression appeared on my face but I realized why he retreated when I heard a voice behind me say, "Aphmau~Senpai, who are you talking to?" I didn't even have to turn around to know who that was, "heyyyyy Kawaii~Chan I'm just talking to.....my squirrel friend" I nervously said turning around to face her. It wasn't really a lie, Ross was a squirrel when I talked to him.
KC looked a bit more happy when I said that, "So Kawaii~Chan isn't the only one who talks to the kawaii animals around here?!" The meif~wa said excitedly. My head slowly nodded up and down to her question, well at least KC is the one who saw me and not a person who'll think I'm crazy I thought. Kawaii~Chan started to jump up and down like she was gonna explode out of happiness then skipped away.
A sigh of relief escaped my mouth as I walked away to go back to my house because it had already became night time. Before I was able to open the door to my house I heard someone call my name, "Lady Aphmau! We found something we think you should see!" A voice which I'm guessing was Garroth called. I turned around to see Garroth waving his hand in the air while running up the hill with Laurance following him.
"What is it?" I questioned. What could possibly be going on right now? The blonde panted from running all the way but then caught his breath and said, "We found a group of 6 hooded people! We only managed to capture 2 of them but we think they might be enemies. Also I think I may have been hallucinating but one of them turned into a squirrel and ran away..." After he said that I automatically knew who he was talking about...oh no
