Nation: a group of individuals with common ancestry, culture, and values. Not synonymous with country. In a private contractual "Agreement of Governance, like-mindedness" the nation formed thereby would be of intellectual like-mindedness.
Need: those conditions and substances required for survival. Water, nutrition, and shelter are considered minimum. All beyond these are requirements or desirable.
Negotiation: a proposal followed by subsequent counter proposals proffered by any of the parties with the intention of establishing an agreement.
