"there you are, See there" she points at the grainy ultrasound
"there is baby A, next to Baby A is Baby B"
"I'm having twins" I exclaim
"No no wait I knew it there's Baby C"
"Your having triplets"
" What ? "
*That was the last chapter that was in Ana's point of view*
"I'm having what" I exclaim I'm not ready for this at all.
"Triplets as in three babies" she responds
"I know what triplets are-" Aaron Stacey and Emma walk in laughing and stop when they see my face
"Ana what's wrong" Stacey's the first to ask
I just stare at her for a few seconds then Emma, the doctor breaks my dazed state
"Do you want to know the genders"
"Genders so you're having more then one baby" Emma directs the question to me
"She's having triplets" aren't doctors supposed to have patient doctor confidentiality.'
"Ohh" Emma and Stacey break out into smiles and congratulate me a thousand times. I try to muster up a smile anything to show excitement but I cant, I don't know if I can do this by myself raise three babies all by myself. No Christian, no loving mate.
"I can't" I cry out. They stop their cheery conversation about my baby and they look worried
"Can't what" Aaron asks.
"Can't raise three kids by myself It's too much I can't. . . I just can't"
"Well Annie you're not alone you've got us and Jace"
"Were here for you Ana anything you need, never hesitate to ask"
I sit there and think for a few minutes and the doctor comes back into the room. I didn't even know she left.
"Have you decided yet ? "
"I'm sorry ?" I don't know what she means
"the genders, do you want to find out their sexes ?"
"Oh" I look at my friends and Jace is missing
"Stacey do you have your phone ?"
"Ummhh yeah" she pulls out her phone
"can you face time Jace please I want him to be here for this even if its not in person" she pulls out her phone and I hear the annoying FaceTime ringtone.
Jaces' face pops up and Stacey perks up.
"Hey babe"
"Hey what's up" It looks like Jace is just getting out of bed and I'm jealous I'm really tired.
"Were at the pack doctor and Ana is about to know the sex of the babies and she wanted you to hear at the same time as us"
"woah so early"
"Okay, you can start" I tell the doctor
She moves the wand around my ever-growing baby bump, I see one grainy bubble
"Looks like grainy bubbles"
"That's right that means they're all identical, Baby A is a boy, Baby B is a Boy" Wow boys I feel excited but in a queasy way.
"and baby C looks like . . . a . . . girl, but she is not identical to your boys, though they may have really similar features of appearance" a baby girl, a Minnie me. I cant wait to feed, wash, dress, and most of all love my babies to the fullest extent its gonna be hard work but I'm sure with the help of my friends I can do it.
I look around the doctors room at my friends thinking about baby names and bubbling with excitement. This is my family, my sisters and my brothers and also my best friends. Here supporting my babies and I. I love them, and I'm already heads over heels in love with my babies and cant wait to see them.
*Super short update I know sorry! My first day of school was today and it was hot and stressful but I got to see my friends again haven't seen them in a few months !!! How was your first day of school.
