Vobi-Opposites

When Josh told Vik that he had found him the perfect flatmate, Vik hadn't been expecting that after a month of sharing a flat with the new flatmate to have not actually met him.

It wasn't intentional, Vik's sleep and work schedule was the total opposite to his flatmate. While Vik went to bed at 5 am his flatmate woke up at 9am. Vik's flatmate was always out by 2pm so wasn't around when Vik woke up then when he returned at 9pm Vik was making videos and only took a break at around midnight, by which time his flat mate was in his own room.

Instead of meeting or speaking fave to face both men had taken to leaving notes to each other to communicate when needed.

We ran out of milk, I would go to get some but its 3AM sooo. I left some money in the pot for it if you want any. -Vik

I got the milk, is it alright if a friend pops over in a couple of days. I don't want to disturb you - Tobi

No problem, my rooms soundproof anyway. I don't know if you want them but I have some extra beta codes for a few games, I've put them on the bottom of this for you :) -Vik

I got your cereal. And I cooked you some real food, there's a plastic tub on the top shelf of the fridge. Put it in the microwave for like 3 minutes okay- Tobi

Vik arrived back to the flat at 10pm the Monday after the event ended. The headed to the kitchen absentmindedly and got himself some cereal before taking a seat in the living room.

"Hi?" Tobi asked softly trying not to scare Vik.

"Tobi?" Vik asked shyly, staring wide eyed at his flat mate.

"I can't believe it's taken us over a month of living together to meet. It's nice to properly meet it Vik"

"It's nice to meet you too Tobi, I might have to shift my schedule around a bit"

"Oh and why's that?" Tobi asked cheerfully.

"Well I can't very well continue to effectively avoid you can I?"

"Very true" Tobi agreed "it would be cruel to deprive me of getting to know you. Especially since you're so attractive"
