Graduation day

It was graduation day and I made my decision. I hadn't told anyone yet but I was gonna do it at my speech. We sat at the ceremony, all my friends were already called up. It was nerve wrecking. "And the best student goes to Phoebe Jackson!" The principal said, people cheered, I went upstage and got my diploma and medallion. "It's an honor to accept this price. I really worked for it and it's really nice to get a reward for all the hard work. It's time now to go to college or enter the big scary world, time to say goodbye to high school. It were four wonderful years and memories were made and they'll last for a life time and some even longer. A lot happened in those four years and it changed us. We came out stronger and wiser, because we went through it together. Now we're going separate ways, but we'll see each other again. So I say goodbye to all the teachers, all the secretaries, my fellow students and classmates and to high school. Thank you!" I said and everybody cheered. I was about to walked off, but the principal stopped me. "Phoebe, we have a surprise for you. You left you're legacy and so did your friends." She told me and I frowned. There was a big wall with a curtain in front off it. People pulled it down and I gasped. It was a wall with pictures of me, James, Juliet, Charlotte, Korra, Andrew and Ben. It was in honor for what we did in the big war, our prophecy. My parents and there friends had the same wall. The prophecy was written on the wall. People cheered and I just stood there with my jaw dropped. "Now, I want to now which university you choose." Mr. Wright asked me. I went back to mic with a proud smile. "I choose for Harvard to study medicine. I want to help people all over the world and I want to make the world better." I said and everybody cheered, mom looked so proud. I was about to walk off, but James came on stage. He took me in his arms and kissed me, I was shocked. I heard people whistle

He let go off me and winked, he bowed and went off stage. I stood there for a moment and then shrugged it off. I walked to my parents and they hugged me. "Good job!" Dad told me. "I'm so proud of you!" Mom said and I smiled. "The wall is really cool." I told them and they nodded.
