Morgan P.O.V

I let Guinevere take the lead. Closing my eyes I let go of the bridle, letting my arms stick out at my sides like a cross. I was faintly aware of Isaac when I passed him, but I didn't care or stop. Feeling the wind in my face I fell asleep, until Guinevere stopped, rearing up onto her back legs, kicking her front legs in the air. I opened my eyes to see tall spruce trees looming in front of me. Guinevere let out a triumphant whinny, before falling back down on to all fours. I turned Guinevere back around, to see the rest of the group stopped, about a half mile away from me. Isaac was riding up to me followed by my friends. "Miss Swan!" Isaac spat as he gallopped up to me. "What on earth do you think you are doing?" "Um...racing?" I asked. "If you wished to race or run at all, you should have asked when you had the chance, or at least told me." Isaac pointed out. The rest of the students were now starting to catch up to us.

I stretched my arm behind my head. "Alright, I'm sorry sir, it won't happen again." Isaac turned to the rest of the group. "We will take a ten minute breather." He said. "Let your horses rest."

People began to get off their horses and tie them to trees. As kids broke into little groups, I heard a couple say things like, "She looked like Shadow rider," and "Did you see her let go of her horse? She got to be crazy!" I just masked my face and made my way over to Joshua and the others who were lounging on some moss at the edge of the woods.

"You look very refreshed." Ronan commented, rubbing his eyes. "Yeah, well I fell asleep while riding." I said, taking a seat. "How did you pull that off?" Brice asked. I shrugged. "Well, I closed my eyes, put my head on Guinevere's neck and fell asleep. Simple!"

Coal pulled out his book. "Since when did you start reading?" I asked peering at the book. Coal closed the book, glaring at me. He shrugged before picking the stem of a thick round grass stock and sticking it in between his teeth. "Quiet much?" Ronan said before laying down in the grass. Brice and Joshua layed down next to him. Seth got up and started to make his way into the woods. I glanced over at Guinevere who was looking rather restless. "I'm going to go take Guinevere out." I said standing up. "Just be careful." Joshua said, "They already think you are the Phantom Rider, no need to embellish it." I rolled my eyes. "But I am so what's wrong with that?" Joshua sighed. "Because the Phantom Rider in an assassin, and no one is suppose to know who the Phantom Rider is, or that we are assassins."

"But Phantom Rider always wears a mask and no one knows that Phantom Rider is a elf, so no worries there!" I said mocking his tone of voice. With that I turned and sauntered over to Guinevere ignoring the stares people gave me.

I climbed swiftly up onto my horse, a where of the people who had stopped to watch me. Why? Because I had a fast horse and I took my hands off my horse while riding bareback. I thought sarcastically. So amazing. I rode out into the field, away from the stares, and away from the overly paranoid Joshua. I flattened myself to my horse and whispered into her ear. "Come on girl," I said. "Let's show them how to ride, White Phantom." Guinevere immediately began sprinting across the field. I waited until the group of kids were just a blur, before doing one of my signature moves.

Slowly, I let go of the ranges, and pulled my feet under me so I was crouching on Guinevere's back. I stood up, letting the wind whip my hair back, and run through my out stretched arms. I stood there, smiling into the wind, until I heard hoof steps behind me. I spun around to see a very angry looking Joshua galloping after me. Rolling my eyes I sat down and pulled on the ranges, slowing down my horse to let Joshua catch up.

"What's with you?" I huffed once he had caught up.

"What's with me? What's with you!?" He snarled, although it sounded more like a statement. "Everyone now thinks you are Shadow Rider." He yelled. "What are going to do about that? Just say 'Oh yeah this is Shadow Rider, the number one assassin in the region right now, yeah come make friends!' Honestly I thought you were smarter than this! God aren't elves suppose to be smart or something? You guys are a separate race then us, but I thought you were at least as smart!"
