When we got to the party it was a, lot of people there and some we knew.

I was having a fucking ball until i saw some cute boy but he seemed familiar,He looked at me and didn't take his eyes of me until i left.

Jaylen's Pov

1 week later

I was still staying with Lonna,i haven't heard or seen Chris since that day and to be honest i am a lil worried.No call or text from him in 4 days I know something was up.

"Jay come on, we goin to your house"Lonna said pulling me off the bed.I sighed and got up

"Ok but I'm staying, I'm tired as hell"

We got in the car and I let her drive.

When we got there I walked in and Chris was sitting on the couch smoking a blunt.

"Hey Chris"Lonna said waving at him,he nodded his head

I went upstairs and sat on the bed, the door opened and Chris walked in and sat beside me, my eyes stayed towards the floor

"Jay I'm not mad at you, but I do wanna tell you something"I sighed

"Wat"

"I wanna tell you later"I looked at him

"Okay"he got up and walked out

"I loved Jaylen with all my heart and god know I do but I feel like our relationship isnt goin no fucking where.

I just wanna break this off before we go on any futher.Maybe she better off without me,I always promised myself that I would break up with a girl before I spend my life not happy with her and im keeping that promise.

Besides I don't want to put her life in danger because of my stupid ass actions.If Omar found out Jay was my girl and the same girl he almost raped he would go after her and im not having that shit so I think it's for the best.

My phone vibrated in my pocket breaking me from my deep thought as I sat on the couch.It was a text from  my mom saying she would call me later to tell me something.

" Jay my ride is here I gotta go but call me"Lonna said coming down the stairs

"Aight Chris"She said leaving out the door

I sighed and sat back on the couch.Jay came downstairs and I she just got out the shower, she had on a big shirt

"You hungry"she asked

"Nah,im bout to Tys for a lil bit"I got up and grabbed my jacket

"Wait Chris"she walked over to me,She stood in front of me and I can tell she been crying because her face was red.

"Can I have a hug"I put my arms around her and gave her a tight hug

"I missed you"She said low and soft but I heard her

"I missed you too"I kissed her forhead

The longer I held her the more it got hard for me to let go.I felt my shirt wet from her tears,I really hated seeing her like this especially when its because of me.

"Just stay with me please"she said looking up at me,I sighed

"Ok come on"I lead her to our room and layed down,She layed in my chest until she fell asleep.

This was gonna be harder than I thought.
