"OK so I've had this thought for a while now. And I really think this can turn out to be a great fic.

Dan and Phil are at Vidcon but Cat keeps flirting with Dan all throughout the event. So Dan asks Phil if he can pretend date him....

I'm actually really proud of this yay! Not hate towards Cat by the way this is just a fanFICTION.

"Okay Phil, are you sure you blew out the candles in the lounge?"

Phil huffed.

"You're making me second guess myself-"

Dan laughed and closed the door behind them and made their way out the door.

As soon as they left the apartment, and called a taxi they were on their way to the airport. Phil was pretty sleepy from waking up early, and scooted closer to Dan.

Phil lightly put his head on Dans shoulder and Dan gave a quick small smile. Dan was about to lean his head on Phils when he got a text. He groaned and took his phone out of his pocket.

Cat: Can't wait to see you and Phil! Mainly you though xx.

Dan looked at it confused, and flashed Phil his screen.

"Phiiiiil." Dan moaned.

"Whaaat?" Phil said mocking Dan, he looked down at Dans screen and was just as confused as Dan.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Phil pouted.

"Phil I think she's trying to flirt with me."

"Wow, someone call Sherlock-"

"Ahaha very funny." Phil chuckled lightly, still keeping his head on Dans shoulder.

It wasn't like it was an odd move for them. They always cuddled, shared food with each other. They just liked being close.

"What do I say?"

"Just say you too I guess, I mean if she just keeps flirting with you tell her that you don't like it." Phil said and then gave a playful smirk. "Unless you do like it?"

Dan cringed.

"I can't even read straight fanfiction with her and I, I'm pretty sure I don't like it." Phil laughed loudly at that and stuck his tongue out.

Dan finally texted Cat a simple you too, with no kisses or anything. Well because, he doesn't like her, but Phil leaning on him feels nice.

They finally reached their hotel, and the first person to greet them, of course, was Cat. Phil looked down and sighed.

He was going to have to turn over protective of his boy- uh- his friend. He did like Dan, and honestly was frustrated that Cat flirted with Dan.

Dan looked down and gave a fake smile, looked at Phil and gave him a pitiful look, and looked up at Cat.

"Hey Cat! How are you?" Dan asked, and Cat ran to him and tried to give a bear hug, which Dan squirmed in.

"Oh I'm fine! Better now that I see you here." She smiled, Dan cringed. Phil slowly came up beside them and gave a small grin.

"Hey Cat, nice to see you!" Phil said through gritted teeth. She looked down, another fake smile.

"You too!" She sighed. Dan looked at Phil and gave him a look of satisfaction with himself.

He came close to Phil and wrapped his arm around Phil's shoulders, Phil didn't flinch, only blushed.
