Chapter 8- not dead, yole berries and something unexpected

Fireys POV:
(After breakfast):
Ok, so now everyone's doing their own thing. Gb was originally giving td more talking lessons just in case she looses this ability again, but she somehow got away from that and ended up hanging around with woody, so now gb and tb are talking. Leafy is near the forest, on her laptop I think. I don't think she wants anyone to disturb her. But for once, it isn't what she's doing that interest me. It's bubble, who is hanging around with the rest of the freesmarters. Why do I want to know what she's doing? Remember, fire burns leafs, but mettle doesn't, and the easiest way to turn to mettle is eating yoleberries and yolecake, which I know for a fact that bubble has a HUGE secret stash of somewhere. Seriously, I'm not going all the way to Yoleland just to get yoleberries when I know someone has some here.
I walk up to her with a smile on my face whilst saying "hey bubble."
She turns around slightly confused before saying "oh hi Firey. What's up?"
"Oh, I was just wondering if I could have some yoleberries, because they taste nice and I feel like eating them."
There was a long pause before match said "you want to like turn to mettle so you can like kiss leafy, don't you."
"H-how did you know?!" I said nervously
"Oh please. You two are obs crushing on each other. Everyone knows it." Pencil replied
There was a long pause before I finally said "can you please just tell me where they are."
"I had a feeling you would ask for them but I didn't know when, so I stashed a ton in your rain shelter. Enjoy." Bubble replied with a smirk on her face.
"Ok thanks." I said before leaving. As I was walking away I heard ruby saying "I ship fireafy so much. They look so cute with each other. We need to find a way to get front row seats for when he does actually ask her out and they kiss." Before I heard book saying "agreed"
They are super annoying, but at least they have given me yoleberries, and at least they have the same goal as me: to make me and leafy start going out soon. I think about how brilliant it will be when we eventually do start going out as I walk to my rain shelter. As I open the door a ton of yoleberries shoot out. Bubble wasn't kidding when she said she put a ton in there. Seriously, there must be 1000000 in here, not counting the ones that fell out when I opened the door. How does she even have so many. And I'm pretty sure she did leave herself most of them. There aren't even any of her yolecakes in here. I've given up trying to understand her. I decide to eat a few, but obviously not all of them, and as I do I can feel my physical form changing. Within a few seconds my body is completely mettle. I look at the mess with all of the other yoleberries in here. There's no point them all going to waste, and plus I might need more because if I die, I won't come back as mettle. I should probably try to put most of these in empty fridge and freezer down here that I've been meaning to fill up for a while. Guess what I'm doing for the next few hours. Thanks a lot, bubble. It's really appreciated. You have no idea. Note the sarcasm.

"The idiots" POV:
(That isn't actually her name, but that's all we know her by right now, so that's what we'll call her)
(Not too long after they finished eating breakfast)

I sit at my desk looking at my screens showing me what everyone was doing. Looks like it's gonna be yet another boring day of everyone doing nothing and me being forced to watch just to make sure nothing 'bad' happens, all because the boss is too lazy to do it himself. I.HATE.Him! But hey, it isn't like I have much of a choice. If I do anything he doesn't want me to do then he will kill everyone i care about. But to be fair though, although today seems boring, that hamster thing was funny earlier. I can't remember why that happened either, but 1 thing I know for certain is I wasn't there when everyone else found out then forgot. I was stuck here, like I always am. I hate my life.
Anyway, I should probably check what they all are doing. Gb is trying to talk to td but td is sneaking away, and gb hadn't noticed yet. I don't blame her for sneaking away, those how to talk lessons gb always gives her are so boring, I end up having to start watching something else, which is saying something because I can normally find entertainment in even the most simple of things. Gb probably isn't giving td anymore 'how to talk' lessons, because td found out she could talk earlier, which was almost as interesting as the hamster thing, so I would guess gb is trying to make sure she doesn't loose this ability. Doesn't she have anything better to do. Then I look at rocky and spongy. They are trying to get Rockys barf back. As disgusting as it was, I've gotta admit that the little sound he makes when doing it is pretty cute. Not cute as in I fancy him, I've had my eyes on someone else for years, I just mean cute like if you were to see a puppy or kitten.
Then I look at Firey. He is walking over to the freesmarters, with a creepy smile on his face. I don't think it's meant to look creepy, but in the object show world faces end up looking really weird and sometimes slightly creepy for no reason randomly, and I doubt he realises. Let me guess, he's figured out that he can only be with leafy if he turns to mettle, so he's asking bubble fire some yoleberries or yolecake. Let me listen to the audio.
"hey bubble."
"oh hi Firey. What's up?"
"Oh, I was just wondering if I could have some yoleberries, because they taste nice and I feel like eating them."
Knew it. So do the freesmarters. yesterday when Firey and leafy nearly kissed at the lake I saw bubble and the rest of the freesmarters carry tons of yoleberries into fireys rain shelter. I didn't know which I wanted to see more, so I watched the romantic 1 first recorded the freesmarters and stayed up later than expected just to see that. I am now really tired, but it was worth it, the fireafy scene near the lake was super cute and the freesmarters were super funny. What I didn't enjoy much though was the boss waking me up super early this morning because he wanted me to send evil leafy to her dream, which I didn't enjoy what so ever.
Then I look to leafy. She's far away from everyone else and on her laptop. It's probably nothing, but I better check just in case. I zoom in on her screen and I see......BASEBALL! And everyone else from the iio! She's actually video chatting with them?! And they are talking to her like its normal?! I just........I can't............I don't understand anything anymore. I give up. I would say I'm out, but obviously I can't because of the boss. I should probably listen to what they're saying.
"Why don't we help you explain everything to all of them. Like you said before, you can't tell them alone because they probably won't believe you, but if all of us back you up, we might just be able to get them to remember."
Uh oh, they're trying to get the others to remember. This is too much of a big move for me to decide to do on my own. I should probably tell the boss. If they remember and then escape then the boss will be angry at me and punish me, whilst they all go free and live their normal lives happily if the boss isn't able to get to them........well I suppose the boss doesn't have to find out. What he doesn't know won't hurt him. But then again, he will find out eventually.....but what if by then it's too late. I suppose I could always help them out slightly and keep the boss away from them until they escape, and then just make sure he doesn't enter the portal to the real world after them. That will be something truly unexpected for him. I have a feeling that things just got more interesting.

Fan:omg I don't know which is more unexpected; everything that happened in this chapter or the fact that you actually updated. Seriously, don't you wait ages between each update
Me:yeah, but that's normally because I procrastinate and then forget, so I decided that for this chapter rather than making you wait for ages for the next chapter when the last 1 was only filler due to a certain hamster, I would start writing this 1 early so I don't forget. Also, now I'm in my summer holidays so I have more time to update and write, so I'm gonna try and update this as much as possible for you guys
Fan:yay I'm so hyped. I have so many questions! Who is 'the idiot'?! Who is 'the boss'?! Will baseballs plan work?! Will there be a return of nibbles?! TELL US NOW!!!!!!!!
Me: nope, I'm not answering any of those questions. Actually, I will answer that last 1. Nope, nibbles is not returning, except for extremely small cameos every so often, because I've given him back to ninjo12 . No more stealing my phone for that hamster. Also, speaking of ninjo12 , I would love to thank him for saying he will edit this chapter, all future chapters and all my future books. He is the best. {edit by Abbie: I sent him the chapter to edit and he's had to edit it in parts and I got the first part a few minutes before I had to edit this myself. His editing, as funny and priceless as it is, is not going to be in the final version of this. However, when I get the fully edited version of it I'm posting that because it's just the best and when I finished reading what he's sent me so far I couldn't stop laughing for ages. Seriously, that will be released tomorrow or possibly the next day, so look forward to that lol XD}
Fan:hey, I've just noticed that you have a new cover for this as well
Me: yeah, I posted it on my new art book. It's not the best but oh well
Taco:the thing I like best about this chapter is not the questions that people think of or the new cover, but the fact that it's now officially an II fanfic as well, so I can finally stop acting like an idiot due to spoilers and finally start acting like myself
Pickle:and I can finally kill you for being a backstabbing horrible person who doesn't care about other people, and only cares about yourself and money *is about to beat her up*
Me: NO!*stops him from hurting her* you shouldn't fight when you are so perfect for each other

Oj:you only said that we couldn't fight because we could end up fighting about stuff in the show and obviously spoilers, but now it's also an II fanfic, we don't have to worry about spoilers, so we have the right to kill her
Me:nope, just because there isn't the danger of spoilers now, doesn't mean my rule just magically disappeared. I'm saving any violence for near the end. Plus, you wanna beat up taco, but she is awesome, so I forbid it
Fan:yup, you're still doing favouritism towards her -_-
Paper:you do realise she is evil, right?
Me: yeah, but she still is awesome. We don't know much about her, so we can give a backstory to her, which makes her more interesting. Plus, us Brits have gotta stick together*goes to high five taco
Taco:*is only going along with it and high fiving back so I won't let anyone hurt her* yup
Balloon: you do realise she's only agreeing so you don't let us all kill her
Me:I know, I'm not an idiot
Trophy:*under his breath* that's up to debate
Me: but even if that is true, taco is still awesome
Paintbrush:I'm not looking forward to having to stay in the authors note with the true taco.
