Chapter six

 Chapter 6

Lex p.o.v.

When we were eating everyone was talking, laughing, and just having a good time. The women that night had cooked an enormous meal so that they could feed everyone. I mean you have to cook a lot to feed 110 mouths right? They table was extremely big so that everyone could fit. After all the mingling and eating, everyone went to the meeting room. I was the first one to enter the meeting room. I sat at the table in front of the crowd as did Cam and Tanner. “Hello lovely faces, the reason I called a pack meeting is to give you guys a heads up. The Alpha, beta, and second command of Blood-Red Pack is coming to visit and get updated on what and how things are going for us.” I heard a lot of murmurs, I raised my hand which made many stop talking so I could continue. “Now I know many of you are thinking ‘what do we do?’ Well I need you guys to continue with the training and act like it is any other day. Any questions?” A man in his mid-thirties raised his hand, “Yes.” I said. “When are they coming? Should we be worried?” “They are coming 2 days from now and no you have nothing to worry about they just want to meet up. Is that all. If so meeting is dismissed.” After the quick meeting we had everyone went to bed or out on a run. Me on the other hand went for a night patrol to make sure everything was fine. I shifted in my white wolf and ran around the territory twice before going to bed.

The two days passed quickly with people training and mingling with others. I was in my office when Tanner mindlinked me. “Alpha Lex they arrived.” “Thank-you, tell them I will be out in a minute.” I walked out of my office wearing a t-shirt and shorts with my hair up in a ponytail. I walked out of the pack house to see three well fit, tall, and handsome men. I hide my scent so that they couldn’t tell I was Alpha. “Well hello boys. My name is Lex the Alpha’s daughter.” “Hello my name is Alpha Jered, but you could call me Jered.” Said the one that had Blonde hair, blue eyes, and fit body. He was maybe around late twenties. “This is my Beta, John.” He pointed to the man with dark brown hair with hazel hair, fit, and freckles. He looked like he was in his early twenties or so. “And lastly my second command, Adam.” He then pointed to the last man with black hair, blue-greenish eyes, and fit body. “Nice meeting all of you. This is my dad’s Beta, Tanner.” I pointed to Tanner, who grinned at the men. “And his second command and my sister, Cameron.” I pointed to Cam who gave them a teethy grin. “Now as you heard of the attack that the rouges did right?” “Yes I heard your old Beta died and your old second command dropped to protect your family.” Said Jered. “Well what news you didn’t hear is that the Alpha a.k.a my father passed away.” Looks of shocked and confusion spread across their faces. “Then who is your Alpha?” asked Adam. “Me.” I said calmly. The three of them looked at each other than back at me. Then they did something I expected them to do, they laughed. When they laughed that made me extremely mad. Tanner and Cam looked at me and noticed, which they started to move a few feet away from me. “Y-You are the Alpha? I don’t believe you, you’re like 5ft 6in. How can you be the Alpha? How old are you Kid?” Asked Jered. “I am 17 and my father made me Alpha on his dying breathe.” I then unhide my scent so they can smell my powerful scent. “Holy shit are you serious?” asked John. “Yes I am very serious.” I said calmly. “But why you are so small.” Said Adam. “Is that a challenge Adam?” That made Tanner and Cam to step even farther from me, this time the others noticed. “Um, I mean your wolf is small as well. It is right?” said Adam nervously. I could smell his nervousness which made me smirk. “Well answer my question and maybe you can find out.” I said my smirk growing. “Haha his nervousness is hilarious to see!” said Sparrow in enjoyment. “I guess.” He said. “Okay my dear Adam you might want to shift.” I said causally. He shifted into a light black wolf with his blue-greenish eyes and half the size of my wolf (which I had to admit he had pretty fur). I giggled a little. “Who’s the largest wolf in your pack Jered?” I asked while my back facing him. “Me of course, my beta, and second command why?” said Jered while watching me closely. “Well my largest is me, my beta, and second command. Out of the three I’m the largest.” “Now Lex don’t hurt the poor boy now. We don’t need any injuries.” Said Cam while giggling. “I’ll try not to.” I said to her. Adam started to walk towards me but watching me closely and extremely nervous. I sniffed the air, “Ah smells like someone is nervous.” I said with a smirk. I then started to shift. When I was done I heard gasps, whispers, and a whimper from Adam. Adam didn’t back down though. I turned to see Jered and John gasp again when they saw my eyes. I growled after they gasped and mindlinked Tanner to tell them to stop gasping it’s annoying. Tanner than said “Guys you might want to stop gasping. She is kind of annoyed with the gasping.” When he saw their faces to what he said he busted out laughing. I turned back to Adam and saw he was getting ready to attack me. I smirk at his attempt to jump on me, which I dodged easily. I then jumped on him and pinned him to the ground with my big mouth. He was struggling to get out of my grip but I only tighten my grip. He began to whimper and he turned back to human form. “Okay I am sorry for judging your size I shouldn’t have judged.” He said with fear ranking his body. After he said that I jumped off his naked body and went over to Tanner. Tanner was sitting on the last porch steps so I went and laid at his side with my head on his lap. “Oh my god, your head is heavy Lex.” “Why thank you Tanner.” I said through mindlink. When he got my message he just shook his head. “A-are you mates?” asked Adam and Jered at the same time. I growled at the thought. Tanner laughed and said in between laughs “N-no she is my cousin! That’s just plain gross.” I looked at him with a death glare and it must have been scary because once he saw my look he stopped laughing and apologized to me. i looked at Cam to see she had amusement look in her eyes, and I could tell she was wanting to laugh her head off but she held it in surprisingly. She looked at me feeling my gaze on her. “You should shift back and let them see that you will be already dressed once done.” Cam said through mindlink so that the others couldn’t hear. “haha that would be funny to see their faces right?” I said back to her. She just shook her head up and down and look at the boys who were now talking about football. I noticed that Adam was now only wearing basketball shorts. “Man talk about gorgeous.” Sparrow purred. “Um, Ew that’s disturbing. I bet you our mate is hotter though.” I said to her while smirking. “Oh I know our mate is beautiful.” Sparrow purred again. “Okay stop with the purring you’re freaking me out.” I said than blocked her so I could shift back. I stood up and walk in front of the four boys talking about football. I growled to get their attention. They all looked at me like I was interrupting a mating process. Gosh men and their football. I started to think of my human form, which I started to shift back to. They were all about to cover their eyes until they looked at Tanner, who was just smirking and looking at me. Once they looked back to me shifting back I heard a couple of gasps again. I then felt the light clothing on my body. I opened my eyes to see three shocked faces. “H-how can you do that? Nobody can do that.” Said John. I felt my wolf try to take over, I felt her eyes replace my eye color.  I must have looked really mad because the shocked faces got replaced with a little fear.  I took control of my wolf and felt my eye color change back. “My father said that it was my special gift. He also said that I was a rear white wolf. Now will you stop with the gasping before I punch you.” I said way to calm. Tanner notice because he uneasily started to walk away. “Oh no you don’t if your alpha is going to punch us you are getting punched as well.” Said Jered dragging Tanner back. I laughed so hard because they really thought I was going to punch them. I heard a thud and looked to see Cam was laughing her head off and fell off the bench she was sitting on. “Oh Cam you clumsy girl falling while laughing.” said Tanner while chuckling at her reaction. I knew Cam heard because she stopped laughing, got up, and started to walk over toward us. “Oh crap, Tanner look what you did you got her mad.” I said seriously. Which she also heard and she smirked. “Okay I’m going inside good bye!” I screamed while walking inside.

Jered’s p.o.v.

I couldn’t believe that the Alpha of Midnight Light Pack was a 17 year old girl. I guess my beta, john, and second command, Adam, couldn’t believe either. When Lex turned in to a 6ft 6in white wolf with purple eyes I was really shocked. I have never seen a white werewolf up close so it was kind of cool. I just don’t understand how Lex can shift without tearing her clothes. I was confused but it was ok. After Adam’s challenge with her I notice she walked over to tanner and laid her head down on his lap. “A-are you mates?” I asked at the same time with Adam. Lex growled at the thought but Tanner just had a laugh attack. In between laughs Tanner said “Um no she is my cousin. That’s just plain gross.” When he said that Adam and I both sighed with relief. But Lex on the other hand lifted up her head and gave Tanner a death glare.  When she was talking through mindlink with Cam about something, Tanner walked over and we started to talk about favorite football teams. When I looked back at Lex she was still talking to Cam about something amusing because Cam had a smirk on her face. I went back to talking to them when I heard a threating growl, I turned and looked at Lex like she was crazy. I notice she was about to shift back into human form. “Holy shit don’t look!” I said through mindlink to John and Adam. We all looked away to notice that Tanner didn’t. He just had a smirk on his face like this was amusing to him. I looked at him then at John and Adam confused. I looked at Lex to see she was still shifting back. When she was done she was fully dressed. I heard a gasp escape John, Adam, and my mouth at the fact that she can do that. The three of us were shock. When she opened her eyes they were back to their original color, brown. “H-how can you do that? Nobody can do that.” Said John. After he said that I could tell Lex was fighting with her wolf for control. The reason why is because her eyes changed to her wolf color eyes bright purple. Our shocked faces were replaced with scared faces when we noticed her eyes. After a few seconds and a couple of deep breathes later she finally got control back, and her brown eyes came back. “My father said that it was my special gift. He also said that I was a rear white wolf. Now will you stop with the gasping before I punch you.” She said extremely calmly. When she said it so calm Tanner started to uneasily walk away. “Oh no you don’t if your alpha is going to punch us you are getting punched as well.” I said while dragging him back. What happened next was.. She started to laugh. I noticed that Cam started to laugh as well but harder. She was laughing so much she feel off the bench she was sitting on. “Oh Cam you clumsy girl, falling while laughing.” Tanner said while chuckling. When she stopped laughing, got up, and started to walk over I knew he was in trouble. I heard him mumble “Oh shit.” And that’s when he confirmed it, he was in deep shit now. Lex said extremely serious “Oh crap, Tanner look what you did you got her mad.” And she started to walk away. She than started to run inside while screaming “Okay I’m going inside good bye!” I noticed that Cam started to run toward Tanner, they were around 10ft apart when she shifted. She had a beautiful auburn wolf but she started to run towards Tanner. John, Adam, And I ran inside as when he shifted as well. “I don’t think they need our help with training they look perfectly capable of protecting themselves.” I said to John and Adam through mindlink. “We agree.” They said at the same time.
