An average 16-year-old girl named Jessica lives in the simple town of Madison, Delaware. A lot of small towns have a few minor problems. Things like pesky Homeowner Associations, to constant gossip that spread like wildfire. But this little town has one major flaw.
For years the Police Station was too small, and the few people working there were too stupid to be of any real help. They either won't do anything or make things worst.
So, with a lack of trust in the law, Jessica has developed trust issues with people. And because her parents are mostly away at work, she's by herself most of the time and doesn't socialize well, so it's tough for her to make friends.
And now a new family had recently moved next door. Let us hope they will change things for the better and not the worst.
