Mia's POV

"Harry, this is amazing!" I squealed as I hopped out of the car.

We were at a fair. It was dark now but there were lights, and rides, and games and lots of people.

"Won't we get recognized?"

"Not anymore then we were at the amusement park." He shrugged.

I nodded, excitedly following him into the fair.

At first we just walked around aimlessly, watching everything, and buying some cotton candy, until I spotted a giant stuffed unicorn at a game booth.

All you had to do was knock the three cans off the stand.

"Will you win me the unicorn?!" I begged.

He chuckled, nodding.

"Yay!"

He paid the man, then took the three balls, aiming, and missing. "Shoot." he tried again and knocked them off.

"There you go." He said, handing me the unicorn.

"Thank you!"

"What should we do?"

"Ferris wheel!"

He bit his lip. "Are you sure?"

"Yesss!"

"Why don't we do something else?"

"Why?"

"Just because."

"Are you scared?"

"No."

"Oh really?"

"Really."

"Good, let's go."

He reluctantly followed me to the ferris wheel, where we were ushered right on.

He suddenly grabbed my hand as we started going up.

"Not scared, huh?"

"Nope." He said squeezing his eyes closed.

I patted his cheek, as we went further up. "Eyes open, you'll miss the view."

He peeked an eye open, catching my own.

I grinned, looking out at the rest of the carnival.

When I turned back to Harry he had both eyes opened, but was still grasping my hand.

The rest of the ride was spent admiring the view, no words spoken between the two of us.

It seemed like the second our feet touched solid ground my phone was ringing.

I checked who it was incase it was important.

"It's the doctor." I frowned, answering.

"Miss Thorton?"

"Yes?"

"You need to come in."

"Now?"

"Yes."

I bit my cheek. "Um, ok."

"What?" Harry asked as I slipped my phone back into my pocket.

"The doctor said to go right over."

He sighed. "Ok, come on."

*At the hospital*

"WHAT?!" I shrieked.
