ME: I just need someone to fill this void in my heart right now. Nothing serious.
(I lied)
BRANDY: You're going to mess around and get deep and he's going to leave.
ME: But really think he is serious though.
BRANDY: How do you know this exactly?

Right when I was about to explain I heard footsteps.
Whispering I said....

ME: Hey, I'll call you back later.

I hung up right when Kevin walked into the room.

"Hey babe." He said climbing in bed.

"Hey." I said as he kissed my neck.

"Don't you think your taking things a little too fast. Being you just came back around?" I said.

"We have 3 years of history together though." He said continuing. Him kissing me all over was really turning me on it I clicked into my senses and pushed him off.

"Too soon." I said.

As I was in the studio booth working on my music I saw Brandy come in. I took off my headphones and came out of the booth. Everybody left out and gave us privacy.

"Hey!" I said as we hugged.

"Hey sexy mama. So let me hear what your working on."

"GIRL! That is hot. It's about Kevin isn't it?"

"Yea. He hurt me so bad when he left me for that girl. And I don't believe a thing he says. I shouldn't have let him come back because all the feelings I fought so hard to conceal are just coming right back."

"I tried to tell you. But I think I've found someone for you. I really think you're going to like him."

"Really Brandy? I'm over here hurting and you're trying to hook me up with some guy."

"Girl if you don't get over Kevin's broke ass. He has nothing to offer you Jazmine. That's your problem you're always falling for the wrong guys. And plus why would you ask April to hook you up with a man knowing see can't keep one either?"

"Your point is?" I said.

"My point is, this guy might not be your type but he's really handsome and worth giving a shot."

"Ok, well set up a date for us. Not Friday though because I'm having my concert in New York." I said.

"Ok, I'll set it up and let you know. But I'm going to head out. Muah, love you!" She said.

"Mush, love you too."

Friday I got up and got my suit case headed the the door.

"I'll see you in 2 weeks babe." Kevin said kissing my lips.

"See you then." I said.

Once I got to the airport and got on my plane I plugged my earbuds in and went to sleep to prepare for the long night I had ahead of me.
