TIME SKIP ~1 Week later~
Keeley's POV
It's been a week and Preston and Ashton have been getting closer and closer. We've all been anxious to hear the news but, we still haven't gotten the call.
*Hey I just met you, and this is crazy! But here's my number, so call me ma-*
"Heh heh...H-hello?"
"Hello, this is Ashton's Doctor. We have her results. This is Keeley Arsement correct?"
"Y-yes! This is her, give me a minute to go to another room."
I made sure no one else was watching me walk off with my phone. I entered my room and closed the door.
"Okay, you can continue."
"We have her results and, she's compatible with someone."
"R-really?! That's incredible, who?!"
"Don't worry, it's not you or any of the other girls."
"So, it's a boy. Which boy?"
"Preston Arsement, I believe he's your brother."
"...*trying not to scream at the top of my lungs*..."
"If there's anything you would like to know more about the results, please just give us call. I'll leave you to tell Ms.Storm the news. Have a good day!"
The doctor hung up and I dropped my phone on the ground. I did my happy dance and calmed myself down just enough to tell Ashton the news.
"Okay Keeley, don't give it away right away. You've got this."
I opened my door and walked back to the living room.
"Hey Ashton, can I speak with you for a sec?"
"Yeah, what's up? That call sounded pretty serious, was it the doctor?"
"Yes, that was the doctor and he gave me your results. Now, it's good news and bad news. What do you want to hear first?"
"The good news."
"Good news is, you won't have to become a lesbian! Yay!"
"Phew! I was scared I was going to have to. Now, the bad news."
"The bad news is...well...the person you're compatible with is...um...*sigh* My brother..."
"*gasp* REALLY?!"
"Yes, REALLY!"
"You're not, pulling my strings are you?"
"No I'm not! Ready to tell everyone else?"
"Fudge yeah!"
"Okay, we have to make sure everyone else is Preston *wink* before we tell them."
"Did you just make a pun?"
"Yes and if you tell them before everyone is present, bad puns will be your punishment."
"Please no..."
Alright, time for the good news to commence!
Ashton's POV
Preston Arsement, the one I'm compatible with. We could finally be together but, what if he doesn't want to be together? Still, it's good news for me.
"What was that about?"
"Oh...nothing..."
"Okay, what's up?"
"Well, the doctor called and we have some good news and bad news. Thing is, everyone must be present for us to tell you."
"We ar- Where's Maddie?"
"She went to the bathroom, I'll go get her."
Kelsey quickly went to go get Maddie but, it felt like forever! Preston kept tickling me, trying to get want the doctor had said out of me.
"Hahahaha! S-stop! I-I'm not hahaha te-telling you!"
"Aww come on! Please?"
"N-no, now st-stop! Hahahahah!"
"Preston cut it out!"
"Awww, but they were so cute!"
"I know I know. Can everyone please take a seat."
Everyone sat down except for me and Keeley. Keeley spoke first.
"Alright, what do we wanna hear first? Good or bad news?"
"Obviously good!"
"Well, good news is that I won't have to be a Lesbian!"
"Thank goodness! Heh ha!"
"Thanks for your enthusiasm Maddie."
"You're welcome!"
"Alright so, what's the bad news?"
I looked over at Keeley, I could feel my face heating up.
"The b-bad news is um..."
"She's compatible with...my brother..."
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"EHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"OW! That's right in our ears!"
"Sorry..."
I looked over at Preston and his whole face was red! Aw, he's so cute!
"Th-thanks..."
"I-I said that out loud?"
"Yeah, guess what ship will now be sailing?"
"#PRASHTON!"
"Again with our ears!"
"Heh heh!"
"So, when will this ship sail Ashton and Preston?"
"I-I-"
Preston came up to me and cut me off. He looked into my eyes and I looked into his.
"I can finally kiss you you big pleb..."
"Don't call me that..."
We grew closer and our lips touched. It's been forever since I've kissed someone. Th-this is something else though. I felt butterflies in my stomach and the kiss grew deeper and deeper.
"*cough* Get a room! *cough*"
We let go and we both smiled.
"So, does this make us a couple?"
"Not really, you haven't asked me..."
"Well..."
