Today is that day that i'm going to ask Mr. Jauregui if I can marry his daughter, and it say i'm nervous would be an understatement, Right now i'm standing at the Jauregui's front door too scared to knock.
I need to knock before the neighbor's think i'm weird or something , I stand up full of confidence then I walk over to the door and ring on the door bell and wait for someone to open it.
A few second later I hear footsteps from the other side of the door then suddenly the door swings open to reveal Mike Jauregui, by then all the confidence I had was gone, I was now scared shit less.
"Hello sir" I set my hand out for him to shake and he did.
"Hello Y/N What brings you here?" he asked
"I need to ask you something" My voice shook a little, I know he could tell that I was nervous
"Okay, Lets go inside" He opened the door a little wider for me to enter, he then lead me to the couch.
We sat down, he then faced me and I felt like I was going to faint, I think my face went pale because Mike wore a concerned expression either that or he thought I was going to tell him some bad news, which I don't think this is bad news.
"Are you okay?" He chuckled a little, I just nodded not being able to form words. "So"
"U-Um I-I wanted t-to ask i-if I could m-marry L-Lauren" I asked stuttering a million times
"What was that?" She asked with a slight smile as he tilted his head to the side
"I wanted to ask your permission to marry your daughter" I said with a little more confidence
"Yes" I froze, what did he say YES?!?
Holy balls, I jumped up and shouted
"YES!" All I heard was Mike chuckle and get up, he pulled me into a hug and leaned in to whisper in my ear
"If you hurt her I will hurt you" He pulled away with a smile on his face, while all the color drained from mine.
-End Of Flashback-
"Yeah I did, the other day" I smiled at him as he patted my back
"Just treat her right that's all I ask" I nodded and he smiled and exited the kitchen
I then followed him out of the kitchen and went to find find Lauren who was talking to Camila's Parents, I guess they arrived when Mike and I were talking.
On my way to Lauren I felt a hand grab mine and pull me aside, Damn I can't catch a break I just wanna be with Lauren.
Once I turned to see who grabbed me I instantly pulled my hand away, It was Kate.
"What do you want?" I asked in a annoyed tone
"You" She leaned in to kiss me but with my fast reflexes I pushed her away
"The fuck, who do you think you are" She smirked
"You're mine" She tried to kiss me again
"Fuck off" I pushed her back and by then a few people had come our way, thank god "Why are you even here?" I questioned
"Your mom invited me" She smirked and my god I wanted to punch that smirk right off
"Well I think you should leave"
"No"
"It's my apartment"
"Don't care" oh hell no, were are my girls we about to jump this hoe.
"ALYSSA AND MEGAN COME HERE NOW"
"Oh hell, you gotta call them cause you're a pussy?" She said
Right then Alyssa and Megan showed up and look shocked probably cause they saw Kate, they know all about Kate and the shit she's done to me.
"Oh hell nah get out" I heard Alyssa say
"Make me" Kate challenged
"DINAH" Megan called out
Dinah came running over to where we were and looked confused
"Kick her out" We all pointed to Kate
"Okay" Dinah walked over to Kate and lifted her up and threw her over her shoulder taking her to the door and placing her outside
"The hell" We heard Kate say once she was place on the ground
Before she could say anything else Dinah slammed the door in her face and walked back over to us looking for an explanation.
"She was going to ruin the party" Megan smiled and left the area probably in search of Ally
"She was, Thanks bro" Alyssa fist bumped Dinah and left most likely in search of Camila
Then it left Dinah and I, I knew she was going to want an answer to why she just carried a girl out of the baby shower, so you know I gotta tell her.
"What was that?" She asked
"Her name's Kate and she's a family friend who's like in love with me so yeah..." She nodded and turned to walk away, I guess that was the answer she was looking for but oh well.

The baby shower was now at it's end, it was pretty great Lauren and I got some pretty cool stuff or the baby so yeah but now it was time to announce our engagement.
I walked over to Lauren who was resting on the couch along with her mom and my mom, I wonder what they were talking about, They are laughing an awful lot wait... Oh god.
I ran over to them to stop the embarrassing stories my mom was telling but I was to late she was already on the worst one..
"While we were walking through the women's department she got a little to excited, you know what I mean" oh god, they all started laughing and my face turned red
"MOM" she looked up "WHY?!" she just started laughing again.
I decided to try and find a way to get all the attention off of me, maybe me and Lauren and announce it now, that'd be a good idea
"Babe, lets tell them now" She nodded and we went to the middle of the room, all eyes were on us, waiting for us to talk
"Okay, we have an announcement" they all nodded and waited for us to continue.
"Okay" I said
"You ready" Lauren whispered to me
"Yeah, I am" She nodded and then turned back to everyone, all eyes still on us.
"We're Engaged" We said at the same time
The room erupted in cheer's and squeals, people stood up and came over to Lauren and I asked Lauren to see the ring and patting my back congratulating me.
Today was a good day.
