Parent Series - First Words...

Harry: Harry had (Y/S/N) in his arms while you were looking around the baby food aisle. You were holding the cookies in your hand debating whether you should buy them or not.

"Harry do you think he will like these"

"I don't know baby"

"(Y/S/N) if you can say something close to cookie you can have them"

"Ookie" he points and you and Harry gasp.

"He said cookie!"

"Well ookie but close enough" Harry bounces him and you hand him the cookies.

"There baby boy you earned them"

Liam: Liam had her by himself, you were with your mother at the store picking up some groceries when she started fussing. Its hard to believe but she missed you but you've only been gone a few hours.

"Awe don't worry baby mum will be home soon" he bounces her on his knee. You walk inside and take the groceries to the kitchen

"Mummy is home" he carries her to the kitchen where he hands her to you and he started putting stuff away

"Mum, mum, mum, mum," your baby mumbles and you gasp.

"Li"

"I heard her, I'm so proud of you baby girl"

Louis: You were again outside watching Louis play football with you and (Y/S/N) sitting on the blanket a couple yards away from Louis. He kicks the ball around the runs and kicks it into the goal.

"Yay daddy!" Louis brings the ball up to your son and holds it in front of him.

"Look buddy look, say ball"

"Ba, ba, ba," he sputtered out and you smile and giggle. "Ball"

"Yay big boy!" You smile and Lou kisses his head

Niall: You were outside with him just sitting in the backyard and enjoying the fall air, he was chewing on a toy you got him earlier that week and Niall came out with his golf clubs and the basket of golf balls.

"Gonna bring him down here with me babe"

"I don't know Niall"

"Well tell you what, if I can get him to say his first words will you bring him down to watch"

"Mm, alright"

"Hey buddy, look at daddy" the little baby looks at Niall and smiles and reaches out to him "daddy, say daddy"

"Dad, dad, dad" he says and reaches for him. Niall smiles and picks him up

"You did it now you can watch me play," he bounces him a few times

"Alright a deals a deal" you smile

Zayn: He was really glad she was into the old guitar and he was hoping he could get her to say it. He had been saying the word over and over for two hours. It was annoying to you but really important to him so you let it go. He carried her around saying it. Then finally after giving up on saying it she mumbled

"Tar"
