Chapter 17

Chris (POV)

its been about 3 months and i was no longer local. i have been traveling all around the world meeting all my fans. brittany has been busy with getting her college things together. she decided to go to junior college 2nd semster, so about 4 or 5 months from now. but she's been planning, ahead. she's also been helping me too. she gets my outfits together, plans my shows, etc. she truely has been a ROD chick

"aye ma' whats wrong?" i asked as we were in a limo

"nothing, i just miss home" she pouted

"i told you you dont have to continue the tour with me." i suggested

"but i want too chris. you'll be gone for nearly a month and i cant be without you that long" 

"well if you miss home, you can fly back out to california im ok with that. i just dont want you to be stressed" 

"im fine. its time to grow up and put my big girl pants on" she sighed 

we pulled up to my next show which was in Orlando, Florida. i had 30 cities to hit, and this was only my second. we got out the limo as camera's flashed, and fans screamed. brittany followed behind me as we went inside. we went backstage and i began getting ready for my show. 

"i never thought this would actually happen" brittany smiled as i began changing clothes.

"you did this, you got me to the top like you promised" i smiled

"i love you chris, i really do" 

"i love you too ma'" i kissed her softly and she smiled. 

"good luck" she said to me as i was completely down getting ready

"with you here, im good" i grabbed my leather jacket as my assitant manager applied a gold chain around my neck.

"lets go and put on a good show!" my manager josh said. like always me, birttany, my manger, secretary, back up dancers, everybody who was involved in my show..we all prayed before i hit the stage. 

"lord thank you for bringing us here safely, we pray we do a good job tonight, and please the fans out there. amen" josh said 

"amen" we all said. i ran up the stairs as i heard the crowd cheer.

Brittany (POV)

i woke up in the hotel and chris was in the shower getting ready. 

i got up walked toward the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face.

"i gotta go" chris said 

"wait where?" i asked

"out, damn brittany." he said with a load of attitude

"chris, your not just anybody anymore. you cant just be going anywhere now" 

"im cool, my sercurity guard will be with me."

"whatever" i said as i walked toward the bed

"brittany, how come everytime i go out, you got some shit to say?" he asked

"maybe because you act like an asshole! all i did was warn you that its crazy people out there and you dont know what there capable of. your not just regular chris brown from compton, you are famous and you have responsibilities"

"i understand, i know how crazy people can be. im from compton and muthfuckas crazy there too, i can handle it" he said as he hugged me.

"im always worried about you"
