Itachi remained silent. I looked at him seeing no emotion in his eyes. Itachi felt my stare and looked back at me. Kisame looked at both of us and disappeared.

"How is he?" Itachi questioned.

"He's different but also the same. I don't know how to describe it." I answered.

"Are you happy?"

"I don't know. It's too confusing."

Itachi nodded then disappeared; as did I. When I was back I went to look for the others, after an hour I caught up with them. Sasuke handed me a black cloak like theirs so I put it on.

"So your real name is Mariah?" Karin asked.

"Yeah,"

"What did the cat mean by 'Hopefully you two will make up'?"

I looked up at Sasuke hoping that he would answer.

"Mariah and I use to be together." He said bluntly.

"WHAT!!!!???" They all shouted almost making me deaf.

"Sasuke and I were dating," I repeated.

"WHAT??!!!"

"Oh my God! Sasuke and I were boyfriend and girlfriend!" I shouted annoyed at them.

They were still bewildered; I rolled my eyes at them.

"Ahaha you guys can cut the joke now." Suigetsu chuckled.

"It's true," I said.

"Prove it," Karin said.

I stopped and so did everyone else. I grabbed my bag, opened it, pulled out the photo album and threw it at Karin. She opened the album and they gathered around her.

"You still have that thing?" Sasuke asked me.

"Yeah," I said coldly.

Their eyes widened.

"Now do you believe us?" I asked.

They nodded and gave back the album.

"What other things do you still have?" Sasuke asked.

I ignored his question not wanting to speak to him.

"Sooo what happened between you guys?" Suigetsu asked.

"Almost killed me." I said as I started to walk forward again.

Jeez how many times do I have to say that? I looked at Sasuke and saw a little emotion of guilt.

"He's tricking you Mariah so that he can kill you. He knows that you're stronger than him so he'll strike when your guard is down."

"Shut up!" I thought.

For once it stopped talking. I started to pay attention again and noticed that it was late. I just noticed that whenever that voice talks to me time just flies by. We set up camp and sat around the fire, well I was lying down. They kept glancing from me to Sasuke just waiting for something to happen. I stared up at the sky watching the dark clouds move across the dark sky. After a few hours they went to sleep but Sasuke of course was awake. I heard him get up and walk over to me. He grabbed my wrist, pulled me up, and dragged me away from the camp site.

"Hey what are you doing?!" I shouted/whispered.

He didn't answer me and kept dragging me. I struggled and planted my feet to the ground making him to stop. He pushed me against the tree next to me and made it so that I wouldn't be able to escape.
