Now that the climax has happened, your character needs to solve it. If there was a disaster, your Clan needs to leave and find a new territory. If there was a sickness, someone has discovered the cure. And if there is a villain, they must be defeated, killed or exiled.
Then, we need to know what happens to characters afterwards. They should go back to normal Clan life. This is pretty simple, I don't think I need to explain too much.
