Finding Desires

Chapter Three

Alexandria's p.o.v

I cried and cried until I could cry no more. This

will forever be my fault. I should have never

taken Nadia in there and now she is scarred for

life. "Mommy." I smiled at her now much

calmer voice before I had responded. "Yes

beautiful?" I turned around my car seat and

looked into those beautiful glowing eyes. "I still

love daddy no matter what." I smiled at how

promising she is. "I still do too honey.. It's just

going to be very hard right now." She nodded

understanding and I sighed as the new day was

quickly creeping upon us. "Lay back and go to

sleep princess we will go and visit daddy in the

morning." She had smiled at my response and

nodded as she let her heavy eyes take over.

Joey's p.o.v

"Good morning Joey! How are you feeling

today?" I slowly opened my eyes to see the now

quirky nurse smiling wide in my face. "Fine

now can you please back away." She dropped

her smile and rolled her eyes and she began my

exam. "You're looking better today." She

exclaimed as she went over my vitals and

everything. "Well that's good." I hugged out as

she had finished. "Yes it is!" As soon as she

blurted that out her pager began buzzing. "It

seems you have visitors!" I furrowed my

eyebrows at her remark. "Who could possibly

be visiting my sorry ass?" She chuckled at this.

"I don't know honestly but let's send them up!"

I rolled my eyes and waited for her to bring the

people who probably felt sorry for me.

"Daddy?" I quickly turned my head around and

came face to face with the two I had seen

yesterday. "Uh-um hi." The small girl smiled

brightly at me and hopped up onto my bed.

"Daddy listen. I know you don't remember me

but I remember you!" She made me smile with

every word she had said. "Is that right?" She

nodded furiously "Yes daddy! And I hope that

one day you'll remember me again and love me

again." I drowned at this. "I'll always love you

no matter if I know you or not. And I hope I

remember you too one day." The sound of

heels clanked against the floor and stopped at

the side of my bed. "Um maybe we should go

baby and let daddy get some rest?" I looked

into her eyes searching for some answers but I

couldn't find any. "Um yeah go ahead I'll be

here go grab some yum yums!" She giggled at

my choice of words and hopped down and

trailed out with her gorgeous mother. I sure

hope one day I can remember them like they

remember me. Or I hope I can love them as

much as they love me...
