Castes
Maharlika- Royalty, Officials
Ordinario- Civilians
Mahika- Outcasts (witches)
*maharlika (Filipino) means nobility
*mahika (Filipino) means witchery
I used some Filipino and Spanish terms in this book, so you'll see some author's translations after a few chapters from time to time.
Order of castes
Maharlika- highest caste
Mahika- lowest caste
Ordinario- middle caste
Division of Mahika into two
Mahika Blanca- good magic
Mahika Dilim- bad magic
*blanca (Spanish)- means white
*dilim (Filipino)- means darkness
With these basic definitions, you can understand the AU I am writing.
