"We have men down!"
Natasha shouted.

Steve threw his shield, knocking down a soldier.

"Pietro!"
Steve called.

"I'm on it."

Pietro ran and grabbed the injured SHIELD agents one by one until they were out of harm's way.

Anthony fired a gun at one of the soldiers; he knew that Lucas was here.

But where he was in the building was still unknown.

"We can't hold these guys off much longer."
Natasha warned as more and more soldiers advanced.

"That's why I'm here."

Tony, armed in his suit, fired a huge blast of energy at the oncoming soldiers.

Giving Steve, Natasha, and Anthony time to regroup.

"How are we looking Tony?"
Steve asked.

"I'm looking great as usual. As for the rest of you-"

"I'm serious Tony."

"Right. Well the've broken through pretty much all of our defences, most of the SHIELD agents are down, and us Avengers are barely holding out. Need I say more?"

"Any sign of Lucas?"
Anthony asked.

"Nothing yet."

"Okay here's what we need to
do."
Steve adressed all of them.

"Anthony, you go with Tony, try to find Lucas. If you do don't engage him without backup. Nat and I are going to keep these guys busy."

He gestured over to another wave of soldiers that were pouring in.

"Got it Cap. Let's go Foxy."

Tony and Anthony raced off, leaving Steve and Natasha to hold off the soldiers.

"We need to find Lucas and fast."
Anthony told Tony.

Before he steals any more powers.
He already has super speed and the Force. We don't need him taking anything else.

"These things keep on coming don't they?"
Conner asked firing another arrow at a soldier.

It exploded on contact, taking out a large cluster of enemies.

"You can take my speed, but you can't take my awesomeness."

"Too bad he didn't he take away your sense of humor."
Del rolled her eyes as she shot down a soldier with her gun.

"Don't act like you don't enjoy it."
Conner shot an arrow that electrocuted its target.

"Conner! Pay attention!"

Alexia shoved him to the side, barely saving him from being hit by a bullet.

"Seriously Conner! You're going to get yourself killed!"

"Or someone else!"
Del added.

"You two seriously worry too much."
Conner fired another arrow.

"And you don't worry enough."
Alexia groaned.

"Guys!"

The three of them spun around and saw Skyler and Peter.

"Get out of the way!"
She shouted.

Alexia, Conner, and Del ran towards the sides of the hall.

A loud hum filled the air and made the floor vibrate.

Skyler shout out a blast of sound through her gloves, it knocked the remaining soldiers down.

"Whew. That was a close one."
Conner sighed in relief.

"We're not safe yet."
Peter announced.
"There's more coming."

Suddenly grabbed Skyler and pulled her onto the floor.

A bullet went right over where she had been standing moments before.

"Nice reflexes."
Del commented.

"Uh... thanks."
Peter and Skyler got back to their feet while Conner fired an arrow at the soldier who had shot at them.

"Pete you'd better get out of
here."
Skyler said.

"No way! I'm not leaving."

"Maybe you could go get help?"

"Oh yeah, right. All go find some backup."

Peter started running in the opposite direction.

"Will he be fine on his own?"
Alexia asked.

"Oh yeah. Definitely."
Skyler replied.

"Hey guys? Let's focus on keeping ourselves alive for the time being. Sound fun?"
Del aimed her gun at the oncoming soldiers.

"Right."
Conner said raising his bow.
"By the way I've got twenty."

"Twenty what?"
Skyler asked.

"Soldiers that he's taken out."
Alexia replied.
"I'm on twenty-five."
She told Conner.

"What?! Oh it is on!"

"I want in on this."
Skyler said.

"Alrighty. How many do you have?"
Conner asked.

"Counting that blast, about
fourty."

Conner and Alexia's eyes widened.

"Oh you're going down Sky!"
Conner shouted.

"Bring it on Legolas!"

"Guys seriously."
Del rolled her eyes.
"CAN WE PLEASE FOCUS ON NOT DYING?"
