'Yes dad. I promise I'll be more careful. And I'm sorry again mom, dad.'

'It's fine sweetie' mom answered then kissed my forehead.

I'm going to be fine. Mom and Dad is here with me. I'm going to be fine. I closed my eyes while I kept on telling this to myself over and over again.

Mizu's P.O.V. (Sakura's mother)

'Regi today was a close one, his scent is getting stronger and stronger! I'm worried about our son' I said.

'I know love, he didn't unconsciously remove the scent concealer. He's not that careless to remove it. And he did hid his scent when he became aware of the situation. He's unguarded when he's comfortable but guarded when he's aware' Regi answered.

'It's because his birthday is nearing. It'll be his 16th birthday in the next two months. It's the time where the inner animal spirit comes out and for the first time, he will shift into his animal spirit releasing his full unguarded scent' Nana said while pouring us a cup of coffee.

'We're gonna need a lot of help Regi, his scent is getting stronger. His animal spirit is craving to come out and the small spell from my friend won't help anymore in concealing his scent' I exclaimed.

I'm very worried for my son, I already lost my daughter and I'm not gonna let someone take my son away from me. I just can't lose another baby anymore. I almost broke down when Emi's gone, if it weren't for Regi and Sakura I might lose myself. But if Sakura's gone too.... I don't know, I might break and lose my sanity.

'Love please don't stress yourself. You'll get sick if you do' Regi said.

Regi's also worried. He doesn't look like it but he's more worried than I am. He did sacrifice a lot for our son and I know that he's also desperate to keep him safe and away from harm as possible.

'I need to talk to otōsan (japanese word for father) again. We need help. He knows a lot of powerful warlock here and maybe they can help us'

'And I need to call my brother. He can send a few warriors to guard our area' Regi said.

'Okay' I let out a deep sigh. 'We'll call them early tomorrow morning'

Ceasar's P.O.V.

'He was just there! We almost saw him. Almost. Why didn't I run a lil faster? Stupid feet! If I run just a bit faster then maybe I also saw him. Our mate. Our precious mate' mentally asking myself.

'He was just there, we caught his scent and the next thing you notice, the scent was gone. No traces.' Lucas said.

I'm walking back and forth while taking off my sweater and throwing it in the hamper. We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes ago after mom and dad finished the offerings for the wolf spirits. When we arrived at the hotel, we told our mom and dad that we have technically found our mate.  They were of course shocked and I swear I also saw mom and dad's face turn bright and excited after we said it. But they were also confused when we explained what happened. But Amethy also explained to them what she saw. And damn, she says he's a HE, a very beautiful HE that she says nothing we can compare from any beautiful girls out there.

'-Like he vanished into thin air, like he didn't really exists.... Again' Lucas said cutting my little talk inside my mind. He said 'again' because before we believed he doesn't exists, but now he truly exists and before we know it, he's gone. 

'We need to look for him' I said.

'Well duh! Aren't we looking for him for the past 8 years already? Lucas answered.

We have been looking for our mate for 8 years since our very first shift. 8 agonizing years were we could have thought that our mate doesn't exists anymore so we bang other girls instead. Maybe this is karma? The Moon Goddess gave us a male mate because of our stupid actions. But his scent and the pull he gave us. Damn, we never even saw him. Saw how beautiful he really is.

'But now it's different, we know he exists and Amethy saw him. My wolf is itching to come out Luc, he wants our mate' I looked down at my shoes while thinking of his scent.

'I know, me too Ces.' Luc answered sadly.

I put my hand in my pocket and caught the scrunched flower inside. I took it out of my pocket and sniffed the faint scent that lingers in it. That sweet intoxicating scent. I sense my wolf is starting to purr at the scent.

'Lucas, we need him. Our wolf needs him. I can also sense your deep need on our mate. The moment I caught his scent, my wolf is itching to scratch it's way out to look for him, to meet him. We need to find him' I said.

Lucas' eyes widen, he was a bit shocked from what I said. Maybe he did not expect those needy words coming out of my mouth. From the both of us, I was the more immature one, happy-go-lucky type of guy. I screw girls for fun, well we both screw girls for fun but I was the more flirty one. He was, on the other hand , the serious type, a bit quiet mysterious type. We aren't exactly polar opposites but we both have different personalities.

'And we will look for him. Tomorrow after dad's return to Spain, we will start looking for our mate. And we won't stop until we have searched every inch of this god damn Island just to find him' I saw the determination in Lucas' eyes.

We'll look for him tomorrow. I think our mate is playing his lil hide and seek game? He better be good in hiding cause these 2 eager future Oro-Alpha will come and find him. And when we did, we won't hesitate on claiming him.
