Jerome POV
I ran over to Mitch's side cradling him in my arms, running my hands through his silky hair and lightly pressing my lips on his forehead I felt his pulse and it was still beating he might of just passed out from exhaustion of seeing to much at a time, all of a sudden his breaths sharpened and became more fluent as his eyes shot open his caramel brown looking into my soul and making a small smile on his face as he chuckled quietly. It soon turned into a frown and heavy panting I grabbed his hand squeezing it, he held it tightly as his eyes stared blankly into space his grip still tightened on my hand, tears of sweat formed on his hair line as he blinked rapidly,

His eyes landed on me pulling me into a tight hug and started whimpering quietly,
"Mitch what is wrong?"

He looked at me tears running down his face.

"E-everyone's going to die" he stuttered and started to tear up,

"Biggums trust me they won't I'm sure of it!"

"Promise?"

"Promise!"

I smiled as his blank face got some happiness into it and his face brightened up.

I looked off into the distance as I heard a gunshot and yelling, I got off the rocky ground and started walking closer trying to hear what they were saying..

"GET THE ELEMENTALS EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE OF THEM, STOP AT NOTHING TO KILL THEM, NOTHING YOU HEAR ME SOLDIERS."

"YES SIR"

"TROUPES ROLL OUT AND LOCATE."

I have to warn the others...

Well I think this is 2 chapters in one day pretty sure at least, well it will be anyway I'm planning to get the next one done soon, and this book only has a few chapters left ;( or so I'm planning anyways, so have an awesome day,
