Man I haven't been feeling so well. I've been dizzy and so tired lately .

None of the boys believe me ! They all think I'm trying to get out of the concert tomorrow , but I love being at concerts I just don't feel

I think I need to call the doctor because I'm so done feeing this way ! It's been around a week

I'm not going to have time tomorrow so it's gonna have to be after the concert ....  I'll just make the appointment now

*ring ... *ring ****

" Hello ! This is Sarah "
"hello Sarah ! This is Niall Horan"
" hello Mr.Horan - how may I help you ?"
" I want an appointment with doctor Hannah "
" yes , what day and time ?"
" Wednesday in the morning "
" okay Mr.Horan we will see you then . Goodbye"
"Bye Bye "

" Hey ! nialler who were you on the phone with ?" Tommo came out of no where
"Oh ! I made a doctors appointment for Wednesday morning "
"Seriously ! Niall you really are trying to change our mind on not singing tomorrow we'll good luck with that !" He spat

I whimpered due to his harsh words .

THE NEXT DAY

I don't wanna go to the concert I don't feel so
Well. I feel weak and dizzy I just hope I can get through the concert

THIRD POV

Niall was singing his part for history and he wasn't feeling any better . Actually he felt worse they've sand 10 songs so far and he's so done !

He drinks like 6 water bottles but he still feels weak

He's just about to sing his part when he passes out

" Niall !" The boys yelled and ran to see if he was okay .

" he's pale !" Zayn screeched
" OMG! He wasn't faking ! He's really sick " Louis said guilty

AT THE HOSPITAL

"Niall Horan "

Liam , Louis , Harry , and Zayn all stand up and walk toward the bed with Niall awoke on it .

"Okay we have the results back on your test Mr.Horan"

" what does he have doctor ?" Harry said nervously

" Niall Horan has diabetes . It's type 2 diabetes"
