She's Lost

They got into the van and started to drive. 

"Can you guys please do something instead of just sitting there looking out the windows while she loses blood." Julian said

"She's not going to lose any blood." Amelia assures him

"Then what do you call all that red stuff surrounding her?" Julian questioned

"Aren't you supposed to be watching the road?" Amelia shoots back

"Well i would watch the road if you would take good care of my girlfriend." Julian said

"I thought she wasn't your girlfriend." Amelia said

"Well she is." Julian said

"Didn't she say she didn't love you." Amelia said

That shut him up. He looked at the road and didn't speak until they were close to the hospital

"Were almost there." Julian said

"Okay we have to come up with a believable story as to why she got shot." Kathleen said

"Why don't we just say that she was going to commit suicide but we startled her and she shot herself in the leg." Theodore said

"Perfect......is everyone clear on the story." Amelia asked

Everyone said yes except for Aaron.

"Aaron are you clear on the plan." Amelia asked

Aaron looked up with a terrified look  on his face. "She doesn't have a pulse!!!"

They sped through traffic and got to the hospital in record time. Julian grabbed Lilith out of the van and started to run toward the hospital doors of the E.R.

"HELP!! HELP MY GIRLFRIEND DOESN'T HAVE A PULSE AND SHE HAS A SHOT WOUND." Julian yelled

A nurse came over with a gurney. Julian laid Lilith's body on it and watched as they pushed her away into the hospital. 

As he sat down people gave him weird looks. Amelia, Aaron, Theodore, and Kathleen came in and sat next to Julian. An old woman had been sitting a few seats away from Julian and was now sitting next to Amelia.

"You might not want to sit next to him because just came in here with a girl that was shot." the old woman said "I think he shot her."

"Why is it any of your business? If you must know his girlfriend was shot because she was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time. She might die and we are his friends trying to comfort him. He would never hurt her and you have no right judging him." Amelia said and everyone was staring at her.

"Excuse me. Are you the man that came in with the young girl that got shot?" a doctor said

"Yes." Julian said

"We have some news concerning her." the doctor said
