"Miss Tipton, your father is home."

"I'll be right there" I said.

"Very well, shall I wait?" Stella asked.

"That won't be necessary, thank you" I said.

She bowed her head then made her way out of my room.

I took a deep breath.

All I needed was to get dressed and head to the dining hall. My father apparently had some very important news to tell me, which is why I wanted Suga to be here. I feel a bit afraid...

Lucielle had called me earlier and told me he isn't looking so well that he's sick. She told me to prepare myself for what he was going to tell me and to act as if though she never called.

I took a deep breath as I coordinated my outfit, apparently we were going to have a lot of guests. Which indicates that this is going to be very important, he wants his friends and family to be there...

I looked at my outfit to make sure that it was truly appropriate for this occasion.

He's returning after 3 months and he's sick, he's also celebrating a belated birthday so I have to look the part.

Maybe none of those...

I grabbed another one out.

This seems good, considering it's more of a sophisticated type event...

I got dressed quickly.

At least my hair and makeup was done.

I took one last look at myself in the mirror and walked out of my room.
