Mistakes?

in maths I sat next to Ethan and made a new friend named Maddy. when I was talking to her she kept talking about Ethan and if I liked him but I didn't reply. so when class finished it was lunch. I walked to see Ethan and Maddy talking and I walked past and he blushed. does he like me?! I just kept walking to my locker and then to the canteen to get food. I got a drink and some pasta. I went to the eating area and saw Chris kissing some girl. and Jakob smiling at me and Ethan sitting with Maddy.

"hey Chris" and I laughed.
"oh hey y/n this is Zoe" he introduced me to her.
"ew, babe why are you hanging with her." he said to him and gave me a weird look
"okay" I laughed and sat next to Jakob.

after I finished my food I asked if I could talk to Ethan, privately.

"hey can I talk to you Ethan" I said and saw Jakob frown.
"yeh sure" he smiled and blushed.
"there something going on with you and Maddy" I said.
"no no no! she's my ex and our parents are really good friends"
"why what happened between you too?
"I don't really wanna talk about it yet sorry" he said.
"oh that's okay let's head back" I said.
"okay let's goooooo" he said grabbing my arm

walking back Jakob was still sad. I felt bad because I didn't tell him why I needed to talk to Ethan but I don't think he likes me so it won't really matter right?

"Jakobbbbbbbbbbb" I yelled and make him smile.
"y/nnnnnnn" he said back making me laugh.

*bell rung and we head to class*
(it was history and they were all in the same class)
