Chapter 8

After Harold and I got dressed and ready for school, we went downstairs to see my Mom packing foods

"Good morning Mrs. Montano" Harold greeted my Mom

Looking into Harold's direction, my mom smiled and said "Good morning Harold"

"Hey mom" I said as I sat over the counter

"Hey sweetie" Mom said "Good morning"

"So what's that for?" I asked her pointing at those packs of food

"I made you guys lunch" Mom said handing the bags to Harold

"Oh, this is so sweet Mrs. Montano" Harold said

"Well, I dont want you getting sick Harold. If that happens, our baby will get worried and be stressed and turn ugly" Mom said laughing while looking at me

"Mom, talk about sarcasm" I said rolling my eyes

"Well..." Harold said "Whatever she would look like, I'd still consider her beautiful"

I smiled while Harold had his arms wrapped around my waist

"Its almost seven. You guys have to go" Mom warned

"Well, of course mom" I said jumping down from the counter

"Bye" I said while giving her a kiss on the cheeks

"Bye, Mrs. Montano. And thanks for this" Harold said while her gave my Mom a big tight hug

We went out and hopped into Harolds car.

"Got everything babe?" He asked

"Oh shit our homework" I said face-palming

"What?" Harold asked with a very concerned face

"Nahh, I'm just kidding" I said laughing

"I hate you" He pouted

"No you dont" I shot back at him

"Youre wrong" he said smirking "I cant hate you" he then grabbed my hand and drove until we had arrived at school

As we got out of the car, I saw Cindy

"Hey Ems, I have to remind you about something" she said as she walks towards me

"Good morning Cindy" Harold said sarcastically

"Oh, thought you werent here Harold, good morning to you too" Cindy said rolling his eyes

They both never liked each other. They would even fight infront of me for small reasons. Harold never liked Cindy since then. He said she had this attitude nobody can handle. She was the girly type -which Harold hated. On the other hand, Cindy hated Harold because she thought that he was very boastful. Though at times, she would go crazy and talks to me telling how romantic Harold can be to me.

"So, tomorrow is Friday" Cindy said

"The day I hated?" Harold said

"No, the day I LOVE" Cindy said smirking "We had a deal that you and I will be having our girly day every friday right Emma?"

"Yes Cindy" I said sighing.

My baby hates it when I spend alot of time with Cindy. He said she was a bad influence. And he gets jealous, bigtime!

"Yay, I have alot of plans! Thanks Emma. Youre the best" Cindy hugged me tightly "I love you bestfriend"

I hugged back and said "Yeah sure, I love you too Cindy"

"I gotta go to my first class though. Bye!" Cindy said walking away

I heard Harold sigh "What's wrong babe?"
