Your P.O.V

You slowly trudged your way down the long streets of...this nameless town that you now lived in. As you proceeded, you noticed this town had a very unique design to it..futuristic almost. It progressed farther and farther down the street you ventured,

'Where even is everyone?..'

You thought in your head, you paused at the end of the street which formed a cul-de-sac. You skimmed your eyes across the houses before they abruptly paused at a abnormal green house cramped between two apartment buildings, the roof was tagged with a large satellite dish. The sides of the house seemed to have cables and large metal tube that attached to the sides of the brick buildings on each side. The whole property itself seemed to glow with a bright hue, as though it was just emitting powerful energy of some kind.

"What the actual shit?.." You decided you had enough for one day and just headed back. Maybe the school here will treat you better....

~The next morning~

You let out a loud groan as a bright light flooded you vision without warning,

"(Y/n), get up! It's time for your first day at your new school! Don't dilly dally, you'll be late!" Your mother pestered you, throwing your clothes out at you, you could pick out stuff yourself but you preferred she'd get it for you, just so you didn't have to get out of your cozy bed. You grumbled a few curses under breath as you did a little hopping dance to get into your pants. Once you finished getting dressed you looked at yourself in the mirror.

"I look like a train hit me...but I survived." You mumbled, your voice still hoarse since you just woke up. You grabbed a brush and forced it through your head of (h/l) (h/c) hair. You grabbed a light sweater and pulled in over your (F/c) T-shirt. You flung your backpack over your shoulder and headed out the door after saying a short goodbye to your Father and Mother.

You made your way down the streets once again, passing all the houses you did yesterday on your stroll through the neighborhood. As you followed the directions your phone gave you from the address your Mom typed in. It made you pass the street with the strange green house, you stopped to get another good look at it. You didn't get to stand by very long because the door was opening to someone, or by the appearance of that house something.

You just walked faster, something about that house just unsettled you and it looked and felt supernatural in someway. After about 10 more minutes you glanced up from your phone screen and saw the High school building come in to sight at the intersection down the road. You noticed other teenagers heading to it as well, maybe you could make some friends here, but every one looked pretty much deformed here.

'I hope that saying, "dont judge a book by its cover" is saying something'

The only one that looked remotely normal was a guy who was your age and a girl who you assumed to be his sister. The boy had large wireframe glasses covering his honey golden eyes, while his hair stood up in a sharp sythe looking cowlick, which must've had at least a whole bottle of hair gel in it to make it do that, he was dressed in a black trench coat, black Jeans, and boots, along with a blue neutral face T-shirt.

His possible sister looked like a beautiful goth queen. She wore a black dress with magenta leggings, black boots and a skull necklace, you thought her short violet hair was an excellent touch. You had the thought of approaching them to say hello, but you thought you should wait until class started. You made your way past them, you could see the guys gaze stuck to you, as if he were scrutinizing you. You held your eyes ahead of you, you headed down into the school's, or "Hi-Skool" as what the sign said, office. The principal greeted you with a quick hello and called up your class. Apparently your teachers name was, Ms. Bitters.

"Well she sounds pleasant..." You said to yourself as your (e/c) eyes skimmed over the classroom numbers, "eagerly" awaiting finding the correct one. Once you finally located it Ms. Bitters beat you to the door and practically spat out her greeting.

"Hello...(Y/n)." She pointed to the middle of the class room, you took that signal to scurry to the spot she directed. She stood behind you and introduced you,

"Class, we have a new student today, another useless appendage to the student body."

She turned to you.

"Now, say what you want to say now, because after this moment. I don't want to hear another sound from you!" She had sibilant hiss to her words. She slithered back to her desk, you cleared your throat and  made your greeting clear but short.

"Hey, I'm (Y/n), I just moved here I already prefer my home town. This town is strange and has a wierd smell to it, which you're all probably used to."

After finishing you turned to look at Ms. Bitters,

"Where do I sit?"

She skimmed her glasses covered eyes across the room, she pointed her finger that was aimed a boy in the front row,

"YOU! To the underground class room."

The desk sunk into the floor and engulfed in flames, it returned empty. You shuddered and slowly walked towards the empty seat. You sat down and listened to Ms. Bitters give a lecture on our universe and how it will be doomed....you eventually zoned out by the 29th time she said doom. You glanced around the room when someone caught your attention, another boy, he was the strangest yet. His clothes looked like nothing like anyone would wear, a long dark pink shirt with light pink sleeves, both had black stripes, along with black leggings and boots, he had a green complexion along with purple eyes with the slightest tinge of pink around the outer edges like they were irritated, his black hair was combed up and into a cowlick, Similar to the other boys. You couldn't help but notice how your eyes met his, he was already staring at you. His eyes held judgement, contempt, but also some fascination. Once he saw you make eye contact back at him he returned to what he was originally doing before. Just boredly fiddling with a pencil. You didn't realize but you were sitting next to the scythe haired guy, he tapped on your shoulder to get your attention. You turned your attention back over to him.

"Hey, staring at the green kid? You realize he's an alien too, right?"

"Excuse me?"
