Nathaniel didn't reply to me, although I had texted him at 4:36pm, and then again at 8:47pm, but both the messages didn't get through to him, he had turned his phone off, and I couldn't help but worry and wonder what he was up to. My eyes were set on his house, and his room, there was no sign of him, no sign of him walking in, climbing in or even him inside the house. He didn't come home.

This was the longest I have stayed in one place, and the longest friendships I have made - it was only natural for me to get attached, I never thought I would hate not moving. Maybe if I moved again, this drama wouldn't be happening.

When I walked into school today, it wasn't how I expected it to be like, people didn't laugh at me and shame me, but the unexpected happened, some of the other jocks and popular guys and girls who weren't involved, actually came and spoke to me, asking me if I was okay, and if I wanted to hang out with them. I kindly declined their offers, only because Cassie would be alone.

It was double science, which mean me and Nathaniel where going to have to talk, but it was already twenty past and he was nowhere to be seen.

"Aasia, want to join our group." Jacob called from a few tables ahead of me, he was sitting with Cassie.

I smile, "No thank you. You two love birds carry on doing your thang." I laugh. They both were giggling and messing around with each other, Jacob would run his fingers through Cassie's hair, and randomly tickle her causing her to laugh, and hit him, but he would just kiss her.

The whole class were definitely staring at them, even Lacey was staring, I felt a little bad for her, but the way Lacey treats people - I didn't sympathise towards her much.

"Well, if you get bored you can." Cassie smiles warmly, a warm smile making me feel better, because she knew I was feeling down about Nathaniel. When I asked her why Nathaniel didn't come in today, she told me it's nothing new he does this often.

"Hey."

I pick my head up from my hand which it was resting on to the sound of the unfamiliar voice.

It was Tobias, I have never spoken to him, but he's in a few of my classes, it was hard to miss him, his golden brown skin was flawless, and his little thick curls that stood on top of his head still were spectacular, they just reminded you of a cupcake, everything about him was so friendly and cute. "Hey." I smile cheerfully, returning the same smile he has playing on his face.

"So I see you have no partner?" He asks nervously, I nod whilst smiling. "Want me to be your partner? That's If you don't mind." He grins.

"Sure." I could do with some cheerful vibe.

"So." Tobias smiles with a close lips.

"So." I laugh.

He shrugs, "You know what sucks?" He frowns.

I study him for a second, he seemed to have no trouble in the world, the way his shoulders sank into his bones, like he was the most relaxed person ever, and the way he held himself up, as if all he could ask for is good for people, but if you wrong him, things won't be so good.

Everything about him made everything feel comfortable and easy. "What's that?" I ask, curiously. But I knew the answer wouldn't be something interesting, but humorous.

"This lesson! We should totally mix the chemicals and liven the class up." He grins, so happily and cheerfully.

I laugh shaking my head. Was he insane? "And get expelled? Or wore, really badly hurt some people in here? Those chemicals are a hazard and aren't for mixing." I say in a concerned tone, but I was laughing.
