Jake and Alyssa walked In hand in hand to their first class of the day,she was so happy he was there he made everything worthwhile.After the day was over Jake asked Alyssa if she wanted a ride to work but she told him to go home and get some rest saying she would take the bus,he reluctantly agreed and left.As she walked to the bus station her thoughts were all over the place, two more years she thought two more years till high school was over and she could get a place of her own away from her parents away from everything.Her dream ever since she was a little girl was to do something with her life, she wanted to change the world,she wanted to help people and she didn't want anyone to ever have to go tthrough what she went through.As she got onto the bus she wondered if any of that was ever possible she wondered if she would ever get into college she hoped she dreamed but she also couldn't leave her brother behind she couldn't leave him with their parents he needed her,she was confused and torn apart,she just hoped everything would turn out to be okay and that one day she would be older and wiser and be able to look back on her shitty life and think "I made it".
