Assassin: Initial

Chapter 10

As I was going to my room I noticed that Ari wasn't there at the house. I went into my room before my phone went off.

We stood on top of a tall building I was looking out towards the city. The bright lights of down town, only the part of the city that was closet to the suburbs was dark with little lights. It wasn't very loud which is surprising for a city, it maybe for the time of night for that but it didn't really matter that much to me.

"You know Angel-lily these city lights make me think of flames... is that weird?"

"For you Assassin not really. So what do you think of this Imitator guy?" Angel-lily asked.
"He's a murder," I huffed.
"So are we." Angel-lily sighed.

"No... well yes, but at least don't kill all of our targets. This guy's killing kids as well pretty much all of his kills are kids or teens! He's got no class, copying our tricks. Where we fight for justice, the innocent, and what's right. Not everyone agrees with our methods... sure we kill people, but we do it cause no action will be taken on them other wise... we get it done quick, and families that were victims we give them a little composition for killing a relative. This guys does nothing but kill for no reason... I find it disgusting."

There was silence for a few minutes after wards. Could you come up with something after that topic?
Finally, Angel-lily broke the now very awkward silence.

"So what's are job tonight?" Angel-lily asked.
"Capture a suspect for the police with our info that we collected on 'er, also to look out, and stop any attacks."

I heard a scream and at the same time, our target came along.
"Angel-lily! Go after the target and capture her. I'll go check out the area to find out where the scream came from," I told her.

"You sure you can handle it if you need to fight?" Angel-lily asked.
"Yes. Don't worry about me."

"Alright, I get it," Angel-lily sighed.

I then ran and jumped off the building. I did a flip an landed on the next building and continued on towards the area without delay. I jumped over buildings, and allies, I jumped on a street light then jumped over to the one on the other side if I fell I would be hit by a car going by. I didn't faultier when I jumped for I've done this for years, I've trained many years of gymnastics and more to be able to do fetes like this. I quickly used my momentum from the jump to a fire escape grabbing the railing then swung myself to the wall and jumped back and forth between walls using my momentum and strength to force myself up to the roof.

I looked down below for when I got to the place. I saw six teens one was dead I save the attacker who was going to go at them again at any moment. I pulled out a sniper riffle and aimed. I loaded the gun and put my finger on the trigger. I steadied my breathing then waited for the right moment.

Now!

I pulled he trigger and shot him right in the arm.

"Aaarrrggg!" he yowled. He quickly jumped back an looked around I put away the gun.

"Who the hell did that!" He yelled. I begun to jump down from the building.
"I did you classless copy-catting murder!" I growled, jumping down from the fire escape to the street light off the wall and to the ground and stood before him.

"You are?!" he spat. I pulled out a blade an ran at him at fast speeds.
"I wouldn't tell you normally but this is an exception for my boss wants me to have you the Imitator deliver a message," I huffed.
"Do I look like a delivery boy?" he huffed.
"You really should listen other wise I'll just kill you an deliver it myself! Which you don't want that," I growled.
"..." he didn't answer.

"I'm the Assassin! Tell you're boss we don't like you guys killing innocent people. That's from him... but... this is from me..." I giggled slightly, I then put my blade to his neck as I spoke this.

"... I will come after you and kill you and your group with no mercy like you did with your victims! But I'll... do it ten times worse!" I growled, as I glared at him the intent for blood was obviously in my eyes. I know for I saw that for a split moment he was afraid of me.

"You're going to let me go then?!" he huffed, when I finished my message or really a minute after. I let out a slight sigh then dropped my blade... but when I did he went at the five remaining teens that were behind me.

I kicked him to the side real hard. "You alright?" I asked, them I saw them nod.
"Good... Did you really think I was kidding?! I guess I got to teach you a lesson... not to cross me!"

He then came at me. I his broke his arm and leg, I slashed his side then defended when he tried to slash me, sparks coming from the blades. I then hit him in the stomach with my free arm as he stumbled back I slashed his chest only giving a small cut from that attack. I only got a few wounds myself, all from defending myself and those teens. "Don't come after these teens again!" I hissed.

"Angel-lily do you think this guy should go home?"

"Oh yeah defiantly," Angel-lily laughed. I watched as he ran off Angel-lily was holding our unconscious target. I went over to the teens.

"W-what are you going to do to us?" one exclaimed. I put my hand behind me then pulled out a small little medical kit I normally carry with me.
"Wha-?" a second gasped. I wrapped their wounds making sure that they were covered.
"Give these papers to the police along with this girl tell them its a gift from the Assassin and Angel-lily."

I went over to the dead body an looked it over, I knelt down beside them. I then closed their eyes them got up from the ground. "I'm sorry. I couldn't save you from the Imitator," I muttered.
"Assassin I called them. They should be here soon," Angel-lily told me. I gave a slight nod.

I the could hear sirens I elbowed Angel-lily she glared at me then realized what I meant, she broke the disposable phone wiped it down.

"Come on let's go!"
"Right!"

We then disappeared into the night before the police came leaving the injured teens to waits for the coming officers. I could see the flashing red and blue lights of the police cars.

The police found the teens and the knocked out captured female.

"What happened here?" Stan asked.
"We were attacked by that Imitator person, and the Assassin saved us. Then Angel-lily-" Ari exclaimed but was cut off on the last part.
"Angel-lily bought that person for you guys," Elysia stated.

"Oh! The Assassin also told me to give this to you guys... these many sheets of paper," Arturo sighed, handing Nathan the papers, he looked at the pages and a small note fell out.

"We got you a little gift that girl, and what we have on her. Also, I saved those teens.

Nathan read the note out loud. That last part was recently written down on the note.
