Chapter 13

It's been 2 months since then, I was in math class looking out the window. Class hasn't started yet. Roy was in her first he probably picked the lock.

The teacher isn't here yet most of the class was fooling around. Arturo kept nudging me.

"Ari I heard that there are some new kids at the school." Arturo huffed. "Yeah what about it?" I asked.

"Well I hope one of them is a cure girl. Not all of us have a girlfriend like you." he answered. I rolled my eyes at his comment. 

"We just started to date." 

"Yeah but you still have a girlfriend. I don't." 

The teacher finally got here bringing a dirty blonde boy in with him. "How did you guys get in?" the teacher asked. 

"The door was open." Roy sighed I couldn't tell if he was lying or not.

"Who's this guy?" 

The teacher nodded to the dirty blonde as if to tell him to go a head.

"My name is Loki Slade, it's nice to make you're acquaintance." he answered with a slight bow.

"Young Slade here is joining our class today. You can sit behind Arturo for now." the teacher sighed. 

During the entire class I felt eyes on me as if they were try8ing to burn holes in the back of my head. It was making me really tenses. It was like they wanted me to mess up or something.

When I got out of class I let out a groan. "What's wrong?" my girlfriend Alyssa asked. "My entire last class I felt like someone was looking at me. I felt like I was going to die." I groaned. Alyssa came over and kissed my check I slung my arm over her shoulder.

There was another new student in my second period class. Diana Frost, and again I felt like I was being stared down. I made sure that I got a chance to speak with Roy.

"Roy?" I asked. "What is it?" he huffed annoyed for some reason. "Do you known the two new students?" I asked.

"No. Why?" 

"I felt like their were eye's on me the entire class they've been in."

"It could be anything why they would be doing that if it was them. If they are like me it would be to sum you up. I'll keep my eye on them though if your that worried about them." he told me I nodded before leaving him alone.

I then went to the cafeteria to where my girlfriend and friends were sitting.

"What took you so long?" Alyssa asked. "I had something to take care of first before I could get here." I answered.

Bella stuck her arm out in front of Alyssa telling her to stop.

"I've been wondering what was with Roy when he asked you for help that time?"

"He need help with something." I answered. "No offence but I would have choose someone else to ask for help. So there had to be another reason." Felix sighed.

"Wow! Ouch. Thanks Felix I'm hurt." I huffed. "Oh drop it you would fail without us helping you in some of your classes." Elysia huffed.

"Fine he wanted to know if any new leads have appeared about Roxanne."

"Why would he want to know that?" Arturo asked. "Have you not heard that rumour?" Alyssa asked we shook our heads. "Well apparently Roxanne and Roy are dating!" she told us. "No way they're just friends." I disagreed, this caused Alyssa to glare at me.

"It's possible. This two are really close, I saw Roy even carry her before." Bella added.

That can't be true. They've fought with each other in battles. Their just old friends... right? Argh! Why do I care! I huffed looking to the clock. Thank god! I sighed not listening to them. I got up and left for it was a few minutes till class meaning I can leave, even if it meant going to class it was better than this.

When school was done well waiting for Dave at my car I was tackled.

"What the?! Alyssa what was that for?!" I hissed. "Well I had to make sure you didn't run off again!" she answered.

"Why?" 

"You're taking me out on a date."

"When did this come to be a plan?!"

"Well you owe me for ditching me today." 

"Ari? What's going on?" Dave asked. "Nothing Dave lets go." I huffed pulling myself up from the ground.

"Well I'm coming too. After you drop him off we'll go on our date." she told me climbing in. Dave rolled his eyes.

Great this will be fun. I groaned.

It felt like the drive took hours. The tension was so thick that you could cut it with a knife. It was so bad.

I dropped Dave off and told him I was going out and that he need to tell mom and dad.

"So where are we going to go?" I asked "We'll got to the movies. A new movie came out that I want to see I've heard some really good reviews about it. Let's go to that." she told me.

"Fine." I sighed. 

It was a movie called 'Blood's Love'. I was sure it was going to be a chick-flick. I wasn't wrong or right about that guess. It was an action, romance, and even a little bit of mystery kind of movie.

It was about this detective named Christian Louis with his hunt of an infamous thief called Blood. But he meets a beautiful brunette called Winter Frost.

Winter had an odd habit of leaving at times especially at moments that the two where getting close or were about to kiss.

Christian was in love with her but really wanted to catch Blood and this got in the way of his goal. 

I'm not going to tell you how it ends. But I would have rather seen this movie without my girlfriend. She kept pulling my arm digging her nails into me. She also kept gasping and making noises.

After the movie I took Alyssa home. She suddenly grabbed my shirt and pulled me to her forcing me to kiss her. I pushed her back.

"What the heck?! You don't do that!" I snapped. "Why not? We just went out." she muttered bitting her thumb.

"Ugh!" I groaned and went into my car and drove off.

I stopped after I got far enough away. I got out of my car to get so fresh air. I clenched my hand into a fist. 

"She's so pushy and forceful. Ugh!" I groaned. 

I then got an odd feeling that made me turn around. 

"Interesting. Most people can't even notice me till last minutes or... when I let them." 

"Alexandria? Why are you here?" I asked. "I can tell you are angered." she answered.

"How can you tell?" I asked. "When your angered like in fear you realize your power. I saw what you did that night with the roots." she sighed.

I was taken back. She's right that night they reacted to what I was feeling. I muttered.

"It only proves even more that you where affected so don;t worry. We can teach you how to control and use them." she told me.

"Really? How?" I asked. "You are not the only one with power's that's why." she huffed as she was floating in the air.

"So how about it?" 

"Yes if you can. I would like you to teach me." I answered as she slowly floated back down to the ground.

"Alright but I'm not going easy on you. You'll have to work hard to show me that you mean it." she huffed crossing her arms standing in a neutral position.
