Hey what's up? This has a part that is a little confusing but also sad. You'll get what I mean when you read the chapter.

____________________________________________________________________________________

It's been 6 days now and people at school have been catering to me. Asking what it was like, how I'm not dead, and if I'm alright.

I was the talk of school once I survived an attacked from the Imitator. I miss doing gym class but Roy stays with me during that time sometimes, to make sure I don't blow it. Since I despise sitting still in a class that I'm supposed to move around in.

I haven't spoken much since I'm pretty much a mute at school and at the Luo's home. I've been texting Stan as much as I can to help out with the case even though I'm stuck.

I've been so boarding the last few days. The class is easy and I'm under constant watch till midnight. So I can't really have any fun. Roy and Alexandria usually come over at midnight to keep me company.

I can't leave a lot of the times that they come over so we find something to do. Right now I'm just waiting for them come over.

The casts were off my leg and arm as I waited for them it's kinda annoying wearing it since I don't have any broken limbs its really irritating.

I heard a knock on the window I looked over and saw who it was. I went over and opened the window for them. It was Roy and Alexandria they crawled trough the now open window.

"So what's up?" Alexandria asked.

"Nothing too much Alex. I found out tomorrow's Ari's birthday but besides that nothing," I huffed.

"Did you get him a gift?" Roy asked.

"Yeah, I get someone that I've only known for a short time. I don't trust them and I'm hired to protect as if I'd get them a gift. What would I even get him anyways if I even wanted too! Also how I have so much time on my hands," I sighed.

"Alright, I get it, Roxie. You're unfeeling on a job," Roy huffed, I punched his arm.

"Shut up! Let's wander around the house, I still haven't seen the entire house yet so come on," I growled, Roy was holding his arm that I punched glaring at me.

I rolled my eyes opened the door and dragged them out with me.

We went downstairs to the living room, Ari and Dave's rooms are down the hall on this floor. But Mr and Mrs Luo's room is upstairs on the same floor and the same hall as my room is at this house.

We went down the hall and opened a door that I don't know where it goes. There were stairs going down to the basement. I let Alex and Roy pass me then closed the door behind me.

"I didn't know this place had a basement," Roy whispered.

"Nether did I. It's not a part of the houses semantics," I answered in a low voice. It was dark down here we didn't mind it but it did make me wonder what's down here.

We got to the bottom of the stairs and there was a opened room with three doors. "How's your locking picking?" I asked.

"What do you think?" Alex huffed.

"You right I'm sorry. Well, let's check the door's first anyways," I sighed, we each went to a door, to see if any of them was open.

I turned the door nob... it was locked. I turned around I saw Roy's door was open. There wasn't much in that room just the normal object of items and boxes, normal things you would find in any other basement of a house.

I and Alex nodded then turned around back to the locked doors. I pulled out a small kit and opened it. It was a lock picking kit. I grabbed the tools that I need then started fiddling with the lock. Alex opened her door first.

We looked inside it was really odd so we quickly closed the door. I was questioning what I would find behind my door.

I went back to my door got back to work, it took me a few minutes to unlock the door I was working on.

I opened the door and turned on the lights. I couldn't believe what I saw... no, what was in here was shocking.

"A lab!" Roy exclaimed.

"Shhh... Roy don't' yell!" I hissed, in a low voice.

"Sorry," he yelped. We began to look around the lab.

"I bet this is why someone was needed to protect them. Along with other things," I muttered.

I then stumbled on something. It was a picture. I looked at it I couldn't believe what I saw in the picture frame. I grabbed the picture frame I covered my mouth as I looked at it.

"What is it?" Roy asked I showed him the picture frame.

"Who are they?" Alex asked.

"They were my parents," I sniffed.

"Why would there be a picture with them in it here?" he asked it was a picture of the two of them and a third person.

I saw another that was a group picture I looked it there were about 14 people including my parents in this picture I didn't tell them or show this one to them.

"I don't know," I muttered. I looked around lab I taking pictures of the lab and the two pictures to review later. "Let's go back I'm getting a little overwhelmed," I muttered they didn't argue with me.

We went back to my room I lied down in bed looking at the ceiling. They left me alone to think about things.

How did that lab have a picture of my parents? How do they know them? I'm sure the third person in the picture was Mr Luo it looked at lot like him but younger? Why... I mumbled. I put my right arm over my eyes.

Then images of flames appeared in my head pain shot through me. I sat up and winched I was covered in sweat. My hand shot to my lower back I was breathing heavily.

I looked over at the alarm clock that was beside the bed on the side table. 10am Saturday.

Now it's almost a week since I was attacked by the Imitator.
