Chapter 100: I'm Jealous of Myself Every Day

Start from the beginning

The young man was endearing and likable. That's why Yu Shuo didn't blindly encourage him.

The road ahead is quite difficult for Wei Ye, given his skills. To say he's overestimating himself would be harsh, but that's the reality.

Yu Shuo is good at analysis; he knows that some things cannot be accomplished simply by having courage and perseverance.

Yu Shuo was about to speak again, but as soon as he sent the word "no," Wei Ye turned off the communication.

"Fine, I won't help you then," he said bluntly. "I know the way myself."

Yu Shuo sent a voice call request, wanting to provide remote guidance, but Wei Ye did not answer.

Yu Shuo hissed, and the people in the studio were surprised to see this big shot frowning for the first time.

The pet store was brightly lit, and the staff were searching everywhere on the manager's orders.

Holding cat nets, they formed an impenetrable formation, which probably looked like an inescapable net to the small animals.

However, as he watched, Yu Shuo's brows gradually relaxed.

In the game, the blue figure moves like a ghost, gracefully overcoming numerous obstacles.

A player's performance in a holographic game is not only related to physical data, but also to their operational awareness.

Currently, the players' power is all confined to the same small animal, and Wei Ye's speed and skills are in no way inferior to Gu Qingyuan's.

“Turn left, crawl through, get on the wall…” Yu Shuo murmured to himself without realizing it.

Despite not accepting his guidance, Wei Ye, who was in the center of his gaze, moved in sync with his thoughts in every way.

He stared at the Ragdoll cat with a hint of excitement. Fang was like a game character controlled according to his ideas, every step and every choice was neat and tacit.

.....

Gu Qingyuan had told Wei Ye about his plan. At this moment, Wei Ye quickly made a deduction, shook off the shop assistants who were chasing him, and found Gu Qingyuan's location.

Gu Qingyuan accidentally cut his hind leg on glass, slowing his movements slightly. He was then cornered by Li Ya and three others. He scrambled up the ventilation duct, about to escape, when he suddenly heard a call, "Brother Gu!"

"Meow!" A clear cat's meow rang out from behind.

The four of them turned around and their gazes turned intense the moment they saw Wei Ye.

"It's that blue cat..." Li Ya instantly forgot about the important matter of retrieving the amulet.

After drawing their attention, Wei Ye turned and ran. As he ran, something glittered on the back of his neck.

That is €€€€

Gu Qingyuan's pupils contracted slightly. Wei Ye had actually put on that prop!

The plan proceeded as scheduled, but the one taking action became Wei Ye.

Li Ya, his two friends, and the pet shop manager were all led by him to a warehouse at the end of the corridor.

With a click, the door slammed shut, like the prelude to falling into hell.

The four men approached with sinister grins, especially Li Ya, the leader, whose eyes were sunken, surrounded by black mist, and whose eyes shone with fanaticism. "Go ahead and run, where can you run to?"

"Come here, little darling!" The four rushed over at the same time, only to see Wei Ye suddenly jump onto the overhead storage shelf, knock over something, and liquid gushed down, soaking them all.

The store manager was horrified. "There's gasoline on top!"

They tried to run, but it was too late. The next second, the match fell from mid-air.

boom!

They instantly burned into four human torches.

The vengeful spirits of animals lingered around, and the fire burned even more fiercely amidst the swirling black smoke. Wei Ye bypassed the flames and escaped from the house.

Screams filled the air. A shop assistant rushed over at the sound, but was too terrified to approach when he saw the four fire-breathing figures. He didn't notice the blue cat that had slipped away at his feet.

The sound of clearance echoed in his ears, and Wei Ye only stopped when he had crawled into a safe place.

"You're watching, aren't you?" He looked up, beaming with pride, and said, "You didn't expect that, did you? I can do it without your help."

The voice call request was accepted this time.

“Indeed…unexpected.” A young man’s voice came through the communicator.

He had thought it was just a pretty kitten, but it revealed its sharp claws. Yu Shuo's gaze fell squarely on the center of the screen.
