Wei Ye had already gotten goosebumps from what he was saying.
Chinese people value physical health highly, so this was tantamount to being ground to ashes. Xie Wenxiu's face darkened; he felt that his younger brother had gone astray in his pursuit of Taoism and was now plotting against his sister-in-law.
Xie Shuyun had prepared herself for Wei Ye's anger when she said these words, but to their surprise, Wei Ye didn't get angry at all. He blinked and asked with some curiosity, "Giving it to you is fine, but how can you be sure I'll die before you?"
"Sister-in-law is so open-minded." Xie Shuyun liked people who didn't shy away from life and death. He looked at Wei Ye with a smile in his eyes. "Sister-in-law has a unique destiny. I can't tell when you will die. But I checked and you are twenty-two years old this year, two years older than me. I am in good health, so I should die later than you."
Wei Ye: "..." This person's way of thinking is truly peculiar.
Faced with such a person, he felt no fear of having his bones coveted; instead, he was somewhat amused and exasperated. "How can you be so sure I was born with a Yin bone? Did you see it?"
"I was 70% sure I touched my sister-in-law's hand last time," Xie Shuyun thought for a moment and said, "But this is the first time I've seen it with my own eyes, so there's no rule out the possibility that I'm mistaken."
"Let me feel your bones, and I'll be able to make a definitive diagnosis." His clean and handsome eyebrows curved into a smile. "I know a little about medicine, so I can also give your sister-in-law a check-up while I'm at it."
...He's quite talented.
Wei Ye nodded under his expectant gaze. Xie Shuyun stood up happily and told him to take off his coat and lie down on the bed.
Just then, there was another knock on the door, and Xie Junya's deep voice said, "Sister-in-law, are you there?"
Before Wei Ye could answer, Xie Shuyun spoke up first, quite consciously: "Yes."
Xie Junya laughed, pushed open the door and entered, "What are you doing in your sister-in-law's room so late?"
Forced out of the room by Xie Junya, Xie Wenxiu wanted to ask even more questions.
What does it mean that everyone is running into the sister-in-law's room?

Ye Ye trembled: This person really lusts after my body.

When Xie Junya entered the room, he saw Wei Ye hurriedly getting dressed, Xie Shuyun standing by the bed, and a little steam rising from the bathtub in the corner.
"What are you two doing...?" Xie Junya narrowed his eyes.
"I was just about to examine my sister-in-law's bones when my second brother came in," Xie Shuyun said with a very frank look in his eyes.
"Feel the bones." Xie Junya repeated slowly, his gaze sweeping over Wei Ye's disheveled outer garment, revealing a glimpse of spring within the open collar. The two words, spoken by him, always carried a hint of frivolity.
Master Xie's gaze was so intense that Wei Ye turned his back, quickly buttoned up his collar, and whispered, "Second brother, don't overthink it."
"Sister-in-law, you're overthinking it. How could I be overthinking it?" Xie Junya chuckled softly and sat down at the table with an air of authority. "I've never seen a Taoist priest examine bones before. I've heard that my third brother is a disciple of Zhang Tianshi and has superb medical skills. Would you mind if your brother observed him here?"
